Our home is situated near the beautiful Parrearra canal. We have access to the main thorough way to Nicklin Way which is a short stroll across the canal walk way which is ideally located close to Kawana.
This beautifully designed home is a short drive from the beachside resort of Mooloolaba and is a short distance to local restaurants and Kawana Shopping World and Birtinya Shopping Centre.
Situated in the exclusive Sunshine Coast suburb of Kawana Island. You can enjoy all the benefits of a beachside holiday and still be able to escape to the peace and quiet of our home.
Kawana Island is a lovely location close to the shops. Beaches. restaurants and sporting facilities. Also the new university hospital. The Island has lots of waterfront walkways which are only one street away. With parks for the kids and bridges that lead straight to the shops. Kawana Island is just far enough away from the busy areas but just close enough to walk the canals and beaches if you want. There are plenty of walks on the walkways bike trails parks barbeque facilities and beaches everywhere. Surf or calm water. Your choice. Clubs pubs and restaurants everywhere and all the shops at Maroochydore Plaza.
The house is spacious and filled with character. We have a relaxation room with a fish pond for book readers. Enjoy indoor /outdoor living at its finest. Swim in the pool relax in the fish room or enjoy a barbeque with family and friends.
The pool is beautiful and has a volleyball game for your enjoyment. There is a dining table outside near the barbeque to enjoy outside living.
In the home you have three living areas with two flat screen televisions and projector screen out side. The lounge has a sound bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with an ice making fridge which also gives cool filtered water and another fridge in the kitchen for your usage.
Downstairs has one bedroom that sleeps two. The master bedroom has a queen bed ensuite with shower and spa and ample space to hang your cloths.
Upstairs there are three additional bedrooms. Two with queen beds and a third with two double bunks double on bottom and single on top.
There is a bathroom upstairs with shower and bath and separate toilet. Another toilet and shower down stairs.
There is a well-equipped laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Clothes line outside.
We are only 5 mins walking distance from the local bus transport on Nicklin Way which will take you anywhere on the coast.
Please note that we are not in a position to allow weddings or wedding receptions at this property.
STAYS WILL INCURR AN END OF STAY CLEANING CHARGE OF $150 IF PROPERTY IS NOT LEFT IN A REASONABLY CLEAN AND TIDY CONDITION. THIS CHARGE WILL BE TAKEN OFF THE BOND. LINEN IS NOT SUPPLIED, BUT IS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE. COSTS FOR LINEN ARE $30 PER SINGLE BED AND $45 PER DOUBLE OR QUEEN BED. BEDS WILL BE MADE UP AND TOWELS PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY IF HIRED. LINEN IS WASHED AND DRIED BY A COVID CLEARED LAUNDROMATTE.
Bins are provided for all rubbish and recycling. Bins must be put out Monday night or early Tuesday morning. Please ensure bins are placed on nature strip for collection at the end of your stay. In the case of full bins, excess rubbish is the responsibility of the guest. Excessive rubbish not able to be collected will incur an additional charge for removal.
Unfortunately due to inappropriate behavior of some guests this house is not available for parties.
