"Lovely hotel"

"Staff were lovely and building looked impressive, set in nice grounds and the food was good in the bar area. However inside the room was a bit tired and decoration shabby. The room was very hot with no air com (just a table fan) and safety limits on the windows meant you could only open them an inch. There was no fridge in the room for keeping things cool either. Also the shower tray didn't drain proprerly so you ended up standing in water that I was worried would spill over and the floorboards in the room upstairs were very loud and creaky which was a bit annoying. Overall it was a lovely stay just a few little things that stopped it getting 5 stars."

"Really large, spotless, well equipped and well presented. Perfect for our Hen party Traitors event and the event organisers were really impressed with the.venue also. Comfortable beds and a restful sleep. We all said we would recommend. "
