The Italian Forum, located just off Norton Street, is noted for its traditional design which seeks to emulate the feel of a Mediterranean town piazza. A pedestrian-only central area, the piazza features cafe's and restaurant dining set around a magnificent statue fountain of Dante (the father of the Italian language). The Leichhardt Library and other businesses, surrounded by small shops and boutiques on the level above, are all overlooked by residential apartments. Nearby Norton Plaza is a shopping centre anchored by a supermarket and surrounded by eateries and specialty shops, that's not to mention the magnificent choice of dining and entertainment available along the famous Norton St.

Great Apartment in convenient location

Another delightful stay at a lovely apartment conveniently located for supermarket and shopping. Excellent links to central Sydney. Will look forward to staying again next time we are in Sydney.

The entire apartment and area was A+++++. You could not ask for better. Nieves and Perry are solid. My niece lives down the street and I will definitely stay here for every visit going forward. The only thing that I might suggest, no biggie tho, just a small comfort, is to have some sort of blender for my morning shakes. I know, call me spoiled, just saying. Truly, this place is a gem, location location location and also very nice. They provided us a bunch of food gratis too in the fridge and on counter. Such kind folks. Thank you.

Great spot in little Italy

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, finding a generous welcome of food and drink and a location that let us drive or catch public transport all over Sydney. Great local food options and a short walk from the supermarket when eating out becomes a bit much. Will definitely be back the next time we're in town.

Good location

This apartment was great for us - two adults and two kids (age 10 and 13). The apartment is in a nice area for walking to the grocery, movie theater, restaurants, etc. also, easy to get into Sydney using public transport. Apartment had what I needed as far as kitchen supplies to cook meals while we stayed there.

The Host Perry was extremely helpful and responsive. The unit is very well equipped and had everything we needed, the location is great with parking and easy access to public transport into the city. We would definitely recommend the unit and would stay again. Regards Darren

Sydney Mini Break

We arrived to the apartment where we found it lovely and clean with supplies of fresh bread, milk and a fruit basket, as well as a block of chocolate. What a lovely surprise. The location was fantastic, buses right there, shops, cafes, everything you need to make your break away easy and hassle free. Check in and out was easy, thank you.

Wonderful Sydney Getaway

We enjoyed our time in Sydney at this spacious and well supplied apartment. It was easy to walk to various restaurants, and not a far drive to get into the city center for sightseeing. The parking garage is a bit of a challenge, but once you get used to the entry system, it is a nice safe place to keep your car. Thank you, Perry for taking care of us!

Lovely apartment

The apartment was v neat and clean, with enough space for 4 or 6 people to spread out. Parking was included with lift access. A lovely fruit plate was much appreciated and the kitchen was well equipped.

Location and communication was very good !!! Pleanty of places for shopping and eating !!! Problem with water but was fixed straight away!!! Cleanliness was very poor to the point we had to clean most areas to be able to feel comfortable at the property there was food behind the sofa along with various other issues

This is the best homestay I've ever had

Honestly, I can't fault this stay. Nevis and Perry communicated brilliantly, gave us a wonderful tour of the home on our arrival, and were happy to help with anything during our stay. The house itself is huge, with a full kitchen, big bedrooms and comfy beds. The balcony is great for chilling and everything you could need is inside. Location is excellent, great eating spots near by and just down the road from a supermarket. Great location. I can't fault this place or our hosts. I've stayed in a lot of homestay type accomodation, and this has exceeded all of them. The bang for buck is incredible. If this joint is available, book it!

Family holiday in Sydney

3 adults and 3 children 5 and under. Property was well suited to our family needs for the week we were in Sydney. Easy to get public transport around or bike track to city is just there too. The area had everything but surrounds to apartment were quiet (except for our noisy kids). Owners were fabulous and very understanding of our needs eg we arrived early from cruise and they let us leave our luggage before check-in and allowed us to do the same gratefully on our departure as we had a late flight and long wait at airport with 3 kids. Even supplied a few food supplies for us on our arrival which was lovely and appreciated. Fully recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good Value

Although the weather didn't cooperate with us for our weekend in Sydney, this property served us well. The unit was clean with a nice living space and balcony on the main floor with 3BR and comfortable beds downstairs. It was nice to have a dedicated underground parking spot, even if that spot was a little tricky to find.The Leichhardt neighborhood is an easy 10-15 minute drive/Uber to downtown Sydney and close to the airport (very close, on the flight path in fact). Norton Street has plenty going on - grocery, restaurants, shops and an Irish Pub that's open until 6a on Fri/Sat (not that we took advantage of that!!). Given some of the prices I saw for other properties in/around Sydney, I'd consider this to be a good value. Perry was communicative and responsive throughout. Would recommend.
