I was in town for the Western Sydney Ironman and Boole accomodation for the night before the race. Comfortable accomodation at a good price. Room and shared facilities were clean and in condition. The girl at check in was friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again. Perhaps some review of procedures and training for staff would make the check in process more efficient. Particularly for large events in the area. There were 15 people (including myself) checking in - not to mention any others through the day. We were left waiting a while to be shown to our rooms. A site map at reception with some brief directions would have made this process much simpler. I noticed a mix up with two of the athletes who’d booked accomodation. While room mix ups are normal, the issue was still being resolved hours later. This shouldn’t be the case for any guest, let alone an athlete the night before a race. Would still be happy to recommend the accomodation to friends and family.

One of the beds did not have a blanket so the occupant only had sheets. The manhole in the hallway flew open in the middle of the night so we had to try and wedge it shut.

Booked two days in advance, keys not ready and staff suggested their head office didn't pass on booking. Staff member very helpful and apoligised for delays at checking in. Otherwise will book again and confirm. Great place to stay. Bring your own teabags and sugar.

Was quite basic, but had almost everything that you need. We did find that the beds weren't the most comfortable ever (but are not terrible), however for the price we paid for 5 bedrooms and to accommodate our whole group together, it was an excellent option. Only a short drive into town as well. Our main issue was related to the kitchen. We brought food for our group for breakfast, but found the kitchen was missing some essential items to cook with.

Really nice staff we only used the accommodation for a quick 2 night stay there was my partner myself and our 3 year old we found it quiet clean and convenient would definitely use again for a short stay as a family I would use it for a long stay just due to shared kitchen common area and bathroom but for a quick convenient bed to sleep in it was perfect 😊😊

This is my first choice each time I'm heading down to Penrith. I've stayed at other locations over the years and if this is available, then this is my choice. I do so as it's very comfortable, my room and the facilities are excellent.

After hours resident assisstants were helpful. The village is in a quiet area so you can't find a place for an early morning coffee or breakfast.

student accommodation in a uni. quite remote from town. but can still find shops and stations within 15 mins. it's simple but clean. and the campus is nice and spacious. good for someone who wants a quiet place and it's good for this place.

Worst Room, No Free parking, No Blanket

Heaters don't work, provided fleece instead of doona, No extra blankets available, no TV in the room, no side tables or easy access to lights available. Worst part you have to pay extra $7 for parking which is far away, Climb 2 levels of stairs plus a grass slop to walk to the room. May be thats me but the double bed was too small, beds are ensembles with wheels, mattress are low quality, wall plus or on the other end of the room. wanted to use internet which will cost you $10, is one of the things that you need to check all the conditions. would never recommend taking this room unless you are too desperate.
