Casa Palmera Ancient Canarian house overlooking the volcano and the ocean
Casa Palmera is a fantastic traditional 18th century Canarian house, recently renovated for rural tourism.
Located in the northern part of the island, 400 meters above sea level, in the rural village of Tacoronte, it is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.
Mesa del Mar and El Priz are the nearest beaches and are located about 4 km from the house.
The northern airport "Los Rodeos" is the closest and is 5 km away.
Just 10 minutes by car from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the capital, and from Puerto de la Cruz, it is a great starting point to discover the spectacular landscapes of the island.
From the large garden full of plants and flowers and equipped with garden furniture, sunbeds and barbecue, you can enjoy an enchanting view of the Teide volcano, the ocean and the wine area below.
The entire property consists of 2 separate but completely autonomous units. .
Casa Palmera is located next to Casa Begonia, but has a separate entrance and is surrounded by climbing plants that separate it from the other property.
The house has free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and heating.
The person who takes care of the house and speaks Italian English and Spanish will provide tourists with all the information necessary to ensure that their stay is as pleasant as possible.

A cosy modernised old style Canarian house in local village with beautiful garden
Casa Palmeria is well placed to travel around the whole of Tenerife especially all the great natural areas of North Tenerife. The north of the island is very beautiful, is lush and green with many very good local food outlets where you can experience real Canarian culture. There is a very good supermarket nearby.
The owner Francesca is very helpful and will advise you on all the best places to visit. Car rental is essential.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen "Mängeln"
Alles wie in der Beschreibung, sehr schöne Unterkunft für max. 2 Personen zu empfehlen, sehr authentisch, toller Garten und mit viel lokalem Ambiente, komplett ausgestattet, supersauber, Abzüge für Lage direkt im Einfluggebiet des aeroporto nord und direkt an einer Straße (Schlafzimmer direkt daran, Straße morgens gut frequentiert), haben uns nicht getraut. die Sonnenliegen zu benutzen ( waren mit tape "repariert") und, was wir garnicht mochten: zur Kaffeebereitung nur eine nespressomaschine - schmeckt nicht und verursacht Unmengen von Müll. Der "Stellplatz" für´s Auto ist extrem begrenzt-direkt in der Einfahrt- nur für echte Kleinwagen, war aber kein Problem, muß man nur wissen.

Full immersion in Tenerife
The place seems to be a typical local household with palm trees in the garden and wooden pieces of furniture. Tacoronte is a lovely country village close to the sea and... the mountains! The house is very well equipped. I was there with my boyfriend butthe place is big enough for four people. Emilio is a good owner and a perfect source of information about local customs and events.
