The resort itself is stunning—modern, clean, and beautifully designed with gorgeous ocean views everywhere you turn. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the little details that made it feel special. The staff deserve a special mention—they were always so warm, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile. Dining was another highlight, with so many delicious options to choose from, and every meal felt like an experience. The pool area and the adults-only atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax, recharge, and truly enjoy our vacation. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a mix of luxury, relaxation, and great service. 🌴✨"

"Las habitaciones están muy bien, limpias, cómodas, amplias. Solo recomendaría mas presión al agua de la regadera y mejorar la velocidad del internet. La comida es de gran calidad, las instalaciones las tienen impecables, y la decoración en general es de muy buen gusto "

"My experience with the hotel was exceptional. Staff went above and beyond to make sure the beach was always clean from Sargassum. Food at each restaurant was amazing. They decorated my door and sent a dessert to my room for my birthday and made me feel very special. I’ll definitely go back!"

"The swim-up pools on the balconies were amazing!! The restaurants had great food - the buffet was themed each night which we didn't figure out till closer to the end of our stay - the restaurants had weird schedules and weren't open each night and there was no calendar for this in the app or website either so a couple of the nights we had to wander around to find food - not cool. We discovered there is 24/7 Room Service with a really great menu that you can order directly from the app/website using your smart phone. From the time of order to a knock on the door was less than 15min - FANTASTIC!! The map we received at check-in was also wrong - the guacamayas bar was listed as being on the Seaside Suites and it was moved to the Palms side. Were told the resort was moving some things around - which we get as its low season but either update the map or don't give one out. The entertainment was amazing, lots of little activities each night to take in - from live singing in the plaza, fire show on the beach or reggae band at the outdoor bar, such fun! The events app/webpage left lots to be desired, many events were not listed and we didn't figure this out till the last night there when we were walking around. There was supposed to be an acrobatics show one night in the sports bar and no-one showed up, asked the staff and was told that's tomorrow - went back the next night and nothing either. Overall, I'd stay here again"

Max, siempre proactivo y creativo, encontró las mejores opciones para alimentar a nuestra bebé, adaptándose a lo que necesitábamos sin perder sabor ni presentación. Fernanda complementa su talento con una atención llena de calidez y amabilidad. Juntos son un dúo excepcional que hace la diferencia entre unas vacaciones buenas y unas vacaciones verdaderamente memorables. Incluyendo a la jefa del área de alimentos que estuvo al pendiente en cada Agradecemos también a Kenia y Diana, las amables hostesses que siempre recibieron a nuestra pequeña con sonrisas y cariño. Omar, en la entrada, fue increíblemente atento y servicial. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar con transporte y maletas, nos recibió cada vez con una sonrisa y disposición genuina. En el área de la playa, Israel merece un mega reconocimiento. Su actitud de “claro que podemos” y su dedicación para brindarnos comodidad y momentos especiales."
