Super cute and charming property. King bed is very firm and queen is soft so you have choices! Very clean and nicely renovated. Great safe location for visiting our daughter at FSU. Beautiful historic neighborhood off Park Ave. Will definitely stay again!

This was such a well appointed apartment. The interior was pleasant and extremely comfortable. The decor was above average! We enjoyed the prints, posters, and cool furniture. The use of the pool was a welcome break from the heat. There were so many little things such as snacks for us to make us feel really welcomed. The location is great, close to Cascades Park and downtown.

This property is located in a quiet neighbhorhood. The place is beautiful and is very quant and cozy. The host is very responsive and checks in with you to make sure everything is up to expectations. We stayed at this property becuase of the proximity to Florida State University. We were their for our daughters orientation and it is less than 10 minutes from campus. I would recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.
