The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms each feature a queen bed and a private full bathroom, giving every guest a comfortable retreat and personal convenience. The rooms are arranged to balance shared space with privacy, so you can enjoy together time in the living area and still have a peaceful place to rest.



Living space

The generous living room flows naturally into the dining area and kitchen, creating a central hub for meals, games, or movie nights. Large windows fill the space with natural light, and a flat‑screen TV offers entertainment for relaxed evenings. A small patio just off the living room provides outdoor seating for two, ideal for a sunrise toast or a late‑night breeze.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare simple breakfasts, casual lunches, or dinner after a day out. A breakfast nook and a separate dining table give you flexible options for casual or sit‑down meals, while the open layout keeps conversation easy.



Outdoor & shared amenities

Step beyond the unit to enjoy the community’s pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge, basketball court, and walking and biking trails. Shared grilling areas and a BBQ grill invite you to fire up a meal under the Florida sky. All these facilities are part of the gated community and available throughout your stay.



Added conveniences

A washer and dryer, heating and air conditioning, and a dedicated workspace keep daily life smooth. Free, unassigned parking is provided in designated visitor spots, and self‑check‑in with a smart lock ensures a seamless arrival. The home welcomes pets, so your furry companions can join the getaway.



Location

Nestled in Lutz, the unit offers easy driving access to USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks. The surrounding neighborhood feels calm and residential while keeping restaurants, recreation, and major roads within reach. Whether you’re exploring the Tampa area or simply enjoying quality time together, this single‑level, first‑floor rental provides a straightforward, comfortable base for your stay.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
