We booked room for one night stay, after cruise. For that price I didn't expect anything more than I got. Room was big, bed comfy, sheets and towels clean, good wifi. You can see it's dated, especially bathroom needs renovation, but as I say, for this money and one night stay, it's good. Breakfast was simple buffet, not too much variety, but tasty. Free shuttle, airport 5 min, very convenient.

Staff was great, the sheets, towels and floors were clean. It looked like the staff did the best with what they were given which was a bathtub full of mold, a strobing overhead light (which gave me a migraine) outdated abused furniture and an overall feeling like this a place were drug deals and prostitution happen frequently.

Ramada hotel is located somewhat a “okay” area; this hotel exterior is very old. The inside was clean and my only complaint is that they need to upgrade the bathroom tiles and old tubs I could see the grout was filthy “black spots.” Also the breakfast was terrible. Bread to toast, cereals, no hot scrambled eggs not bacon. They served frozen croissant with cheese and sausage. The plus is the bed was really comfy. Convenient location for cruise or airport pickup which we found nice. Busy hotel and staff are friendly.

This hotel needs a major upgrade and surprised management hasn’t done it yet. It’s located in a prime area and has ton of potential. The room was clean but everything seemed old and in despair. Hopefully they see the potential and do something about it.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Checking in was smooth with the pleasant and helpful Reynaldo and manager. When I came down a bit later with a question, the gal working the desk was just awful, shooting daggers at me before I even approached the desk. If this is her usual demeanor, she should not be in hospitality. Everything else was great for the price I paid.

Great staff at this hotel, friendly and helpful. We arrived really early and they offered coffee etc while we waited, checked on us to ensure we were alright and they got us to our room as soon as possible. Free breakfast was good, lots of selection for the on the go traveler, both warm and cold options 😊 Room could use some updating but was clean and bed was comfortable 👍 Music throughout building was super nice, ice water in the lobby at all times. No dinner restaurant in the hotel but lots just across the street and super close within a short walk. Would stay here again no problem 😊👍
