"Hotel was in a great location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was small but it had a fantastic sea view and it was well thought out so you had everything for a short stay. The shower was fantastic and the water hot. Our room was serviced every day. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked. We really couldn’t fault the hotel and would definitely stay there again."

"Really well placed. So close to beach, shops etc. Loved the room and all the artworks around the building. Breakfast delicious and waitress delightful. Would certainly stay again. Only drawback quite a bit of noise from traffic etc but what you would expect when so conveniently central."

"Wonderful stay and lovely view over beachfront to the wind farm. Nice walk along seafront to Whitstable. Staff very welcoming and Primrose our hearing dog enjoyed her stay, particularly the sausage for breakfast"

"The house and amenities were amazing - studiously clean, comfortable, and very well turned out. The house is tastefully decorated to a high quality, and the hot tub and garden space is lovely. Cornhole is a great bonus! The beach hut is a brilliant advantage - so lovely, and the perfect place to relax and watch the amazing sunsets. Highly recommended."

"I booked The Dairy for 3 nights for a weekend event over this last bank holiday. Last year I stayed in a hotel. The Dairy was closer to the town, cheaper than the hotel and the communication with Jo, the host, was great. The chalet was very comfy and equipped just as was stated. It actually felt bigger than the pics and the fridge was very much used! As a lone traveler I felt very safe with the locked gate and fence around the property. It was a very short walk across the road to reach the beach which I enjoyed a couple of times in the evening. I will most certainly look to return again another time. Thank you Jo. (Perhaps we'll meet next time?!). Caroline Uff, Bucks."

"The Broomes was an excellent place to stay with a short walk to the beach & town.It was well equipped with everything we needed.There are some steps that someone with mobility problems might find a problem but we were fine.We would definitely like to come back again."
