"Just the most perfect, well equipped and well located cottage in lovely Whitstable. We had a lovely few days here, it really was a real home from home. Spotless, tidy and in lovely position just off the hustle and bustle of the high street and in a perfect position for the numerous pubs and restaurants in the town. Ric was the perfect host, thank you again."

Slight downside is that I was asked to strip beds, etc before I left, which I'd ll expect to be warned about as part of the booking,. especially as there is a cleaning fee. However communication was great and I was able to stay late for a very reasonable fee as the property wasn't booked the day of departure. Added bonus (not on the listing) is there's a BBQ!"

"Visited Whitstable for my 60th birthday present. Also to run the half marathon there. Apartment in lovely central location. Plenty of space within the apartment. Bedrooms are at the back which is quiet with just an access lane. Bed linen was clean and beds comfortable. Plenty of storage. Sofas comfy and a good sized tv with all the usual channels. Kitchen well equipped. Another reviewer mentioned about having to take their rubbish with them, this isn’t correct, there’s a black bin with the flat number on at the back which is accessed by a small pathway on the right as you leave the apartment. We stayed 5 nights and only dropped rubbish in the black bin twice (once on leaving) as the bin liners are big. "

"My husband and two adult daughters stayed for a long weekend and had a fabulous time making an elaborate dinner, family movie night, and time in the hot tub. We took a hundred pics of the design elements. We had plenty of hot water in the shower, did our laundry, and slept like a dream. Thank you for relaxing and fun experience!"
