"More a self catering flat than an hotel however We were happy with it. It is in the suburbs of St Helens a distance from the town centre. St Helens Junction train station is about 5 mins walk, and a good little cafe for breakfast less than 2 mins walk. The area was quiet at night and there are a couple of local shops equally close for such things as milk for drinks.We used it as a base to explore the area hence we only used the kettle and the wifi. Would be happy to use again."

"Off the main road which was good. We thought it was a nice, pleasant place to stay within a short drive of Chester. I would recommend this place to friends visiting the area. We were just a couple that stayed for a week whilst building work was completed on our house and found it competitively priced so if you are a group of 4 then it would represent even better value. "The place was clean. The communication was good. You need to know that “free parking” means street parking. Also, the apartment is above a fish and chips place and it smells like frying food until they close. Also, you have to climb very narrow, steepStairs to get up to the apartment. And, there is no mirror in the bathroom so it was impossible for my husband to shave. Overall, it was a fine place to stay for a decent price."
