This is a cosy and spacious house located in Costa Teguise, within a quiet residential area. It is just 600 metres from the sandy beach and 750 metres from Pueblo Marinero, with easy access to restaurants, shops and everything you need for your stay.



Inside, it has a bright living room with a television and comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and complete kitchenware, so you can cook with total comfort.



The accommodation offers three spacious bedrooms:



1 bedroom with king size bed



1 bedroom with double bed



1 bedroom with two single beds



Moreover, it features three full bathrooms with shower tray and WC, distributed throughout the dwelling: two on the upper floor and one on the ground floor, designed to ensure privacy and comfort for all guests.

Great property and great location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was beautiful, spacious, and very clean and tidy throughout. The accommodation was well equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay really comfortable. The location was excellent, and access to the property was easy and straightforward. We stayed as two couples and found the layout worked perfectly for us. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would happily stay again. Send the request for our stay earlier - as I was already in Lanzarote the on line check in appeared differently and therefore made it quite stressful - I sent the email to my husband in the uk and it all went through without problems
