"The staff at the property were amazing! Romina gave me a ride into town one day and Brenda was also really helpful. They are both amazing women. The hotel itself is so darn cute! They have cute rooms with Edison lights and the pool is great. The road is really pot holey so be prepared for that. My taxi driver called them Tulum cenotes when it rains. "This is an adorable place. Very lush gardens and surroundings. The actual casita is clean and comfortable. It is in a good location but you will need a car as the taxis to downtown and surrounding areas can get expensive. The roads are not paved and a little tricky to drive but w managed. "Great location, about a 10 minute walk to the center of town, and across the street from a grocery store. The host was very communicative before and during our stay, and check-in/out was simple. We loved the rooftop with plunge pool and all the fun birds that visited. The street is well lit and we felt safe walking home at night. There is only a futon in the living area, so probably best for only 2-3 people if you plan to spend much time there. Overall a great stay! "

"This is a very well operated Hotel. Easy access to all Tulum has to offer without the inconvenience of the beach road Hotels. I have stayed in most of the 4 to 5 star Hotels in Tulum over the past 20 years and prefer the Aloft. Its a very friendly Hotel that you can really enjoy with all the restaurants and shops within walking distance. I will be returning to Tulum again shortly and will again stay at the Aloft ."
