"Parking was safe and easy. Breakfast? I was told it started at 6am. I waited until 6am to get on the road because I wanted to take a cup of coffee with me. At 6am there was nothing out, not even coffee. The person getting it ready in the back room was slow. She saw me waiting and said nothing. The sink drain was clogged. The shower did not work well. The tub drain had 90% of the water coming out of it and 10% came from the showerhead. There was no way of fixing it."

"I am a very fair/reasonable person and this review will be also. When booking the room I was not informed that the hotel did not have any parking and that my only options would be paying $29 for a third party Valet service or street parking. I was in a rental so street parking in Newark was not an option. Then first time we needed to leave they gave us the key and we had to fetch our cars ourselves-so was it valet or were the employees just lazy. The room looked presentable but was filthy. It was half fast cleaned. The shower had hair in it and the floors were nasty. We booked the room for 4 days and not once did house keeping clean the floors or the shower all they did was replace our towels, empty the trash and remake our beds. The floors were not swept at all. The 2nd night after going all the way to the 8th floor our card did not work, went back to check-in come to find out the person who checked us in only set the key for a day! The breakfast was disgusting all accept for the waffles. Personally I would not recommend or reuse this hotel at all."

"Much upkeep was needed for this hotel. would not recommend. Breakfast in a bag is not what anyone's idea of a continental breakfast. The parking lot had huge potholes everywhere. The room and hallways had spackle and water stains everywhere. Not Ideal. The bathroom needs a lot of TLC, the toilet had a crack in it. rust everywhere. "

"Besides the air conditioning unit having issues which did not bother us as it was already freezing cold out anyways. The internet was spotty. But we used my.hotspot and we were fine it was only 1 night anyways."

"I stayed at the Wyndham for one night this past weekend, and overall it was a pretty cool experience. The hotel has a retro vibe to it, which I actually liked — it gave it some character. My room was nice and the view? Absolutely beautiful. I had a perfect view of the cherry blossom trees, which made the stay feel a little extra special 🌸 Now let’s talk about that bed… baby, that bed was HARD 😂 I personally love a soft, cozy bed, so this one had me tossing and turning for a while before I could finally fall asleep. If you like firm mattresses, you’ll be just fine — but if you’re like me… just be prepared lol Customer service was a mix. The young man at the front desk when I checked out Sunday morning? Amazing. Super friendly, welcoming, and just all-around great energy. Now… check-in on Saturday afternoon? Let’s just say the young lady could use a little attitude adjustment 😅 not the warmest welcome. Oh — and the restaurant… listen, it took 40 minutes for a flatbread pizza 😂 I’m still trying to understand that one."

"Breakfast menu very limited. No staff were available to wipe down tables. Bar was closed on a Saturday evening (!) during our stay. The young lady at check-in is extremely unfriendly and has never cracked a smile during any of our stays, and we've stayed there several times. She doesn't even say "Thank you". The room.... was very disappointing. I was told it was cleaned, but the bathroom smelled of urine and there were a couple of hairs on the sink. The pillows are awful. The AC did not cool the room sufficiently. I don't know if we'll be staying there again. Very disappointing stay."
