"This has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in.The property and the staff were excellent and would strongly recommend it for a stay in London."
"Fantastic staff. Very clean. The rooms are small but that is an acceptable trade off for the location, service and cleanliness. I will definitely stay again."

"Excellent hotel, cannot fault it any way, customer service from all staff brilliant, so welcoming and helpful in every way, regular guest, will never stay in any other hotel when visiting London @"
"Great location, very clean, friendly staff. Great tube options making it very easy to get around. Direct tube from Heathrow to Covent Garden and its a short walk to hotel."
"I loved the people. They were so nice and helpful. I felt comfortable. I felt safe, That meant a lot. They had an affordable breakfast. It was easy to get to the Tube and bus station.
The room was nice and comfortable. "
"I'd have had this one as a five having staying in loads of other hotels on this road. My wife would have had it as a four as the room was quite small. But the room is quite small because this is SW1. You won't get much bigger unless you want to pay 3x the price.
So call it a 4.5. The staff we great, the place was clean and tidy and although there was only a shower rather than a bath, that worked really well and it wasn't one of those like in the other hotels in the area where if you're sat on the toilet, one of your legs has to be in the shower because that's the only way you'll fit.
The only thing I'd say is that I'd check disabled access if you have mobility issues. The building is what it is and although there's a lift, we had to walk either up or down half a flight of stairs to get to our room once we'd reached our floor.
But I'd definitely recommend staying here. It's in the perfect location for just about everything."
