"Shuttle was late. Room smelled like cigarettes and made my clothes smell too. Door and light switch were broken."

"I was highly disappointed with the shuttle service. The crammed an additional 15-20 in the shuttle without seats. Highly dangerous and very unprofessional! Took an Uber instead. There was also a dog that barked non stop and they did nothing about it even after I mentioned it."

"We arrived at almost midnight and they didn’t have the type of rooms available although we booked 5 1/2 ahead of time. They gave them to others. Two adults had to sleep on a terrible pull out couch. It took about 45 minutes to check in because they had to go clean rooms for us to have anywhere to stay although the knee we were coming and said they still had six more people checking in. Very frustrating and they didn’t give any discount or anything for the trouble instead he pointed out how much these rooms would cost as a walk in. We were not walk in’s. Terrible"
