This apartment is situated in a small well-kept complex only a short walk from one of the main beaches of Puerto del Carmen. The complex is minutes away from the local restaurants, bars, and only a short walk from a shopping center.

It consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom both fully fitted. Fully fitted modern kitchen with cooker, hob, fridgefreezer, washing machine, toaster, and a kettle,coffee machine. There is a newly refurbished bathroom which is fully tiled, with a wash basin, wc, walk in shower, storage cupboards, and lighted mirror. The Living room is furnished to a high standard and includes a comfy settee and arm chair large, flat screen TV including English TV channels, and free unlimited Internet access.
There is a safe in the apartment.There are two pools in the complex, one adult, one children's and plenty of sun beds.Towels and sheets are changed weekly.
