Modern, new hotel. Excellent friendly service. Lovely pool area with plenty of comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast.

We were a family of three, retirees and our 30 yr old daughter with Intellectual Disability. We had an amazingly good holiday at this top class resort. Every aspect of the setting and amenities were excellent. The staff were exceptional in their care and personal attention to detail. We found that, for example, there was a very speedy service in the restaurant. Hotel Fariones was excellent, as always

Really clean, well maintained modern hotel. Gym needs to be extended, there are not enough machines and you or someone else is usually waiting. There should also be a note left in room telling you not to use the tap water for the kettle or coffee machine, we only found out by asking and wer e told under no circumstances to use it. If it is that important, it needs to be noted.

Bright sunny room 3rd floor overlooking the beach.A bottle of champagne on ice,2small bottles of red wine and fruit bowl greeted us on arrival. There were 2 sun loungers for our use on the veranda,also slippers and robes. The air conditioning was very welcome. Terrific food at all mealtimes plenty of choice for everyone. Bus stop across the road and taxis are cheap.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a smile that continued throughout our stay. Rooms were really nice - spacious and like the entire resort, spotlessly clean. The food was of excellent quality and service was really good. We ate here event night, despite thinking we might go elsewhere for a change. 3rd time staying here and would highly recommend these apartments. Stayed here for 8 nights in one of the 2 bed villas. Reception on arrival was great and the apartments are lovely (even though we didn't stay in one of the refurbished units. My only gripe is the cost of wifi = €8 a day

Just back from another great stay at the Nautilus. Accommodation spotlessly clean everything supplied, all staff very helpful with any request you might need great place for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility as you can hire equipment during your stay. absolutely faultless All round a great place to stay will be going back

Loved the hotel. Don't listen to the negative reviews- if you are not happy here, you won't find happiness anywhere else. Food choice is superb, hotel is spotlessly clean, staff cannot do enough for you, beach across the road, all the bars/clubs a 30 min walk/€5 euro cab ride to Puerto Del Carmen. This place is heaven. Would definitely stay here again if for the staff only. They were great and so helpful. A special call out to the lady in housekeeping who was taking care of our room ( ezmeralda I think) she was hilarious. Wifi was intermittent but worked, would prefer if this was more reliable and didn't have to sign in every time it disconnected. This was the only bad point. Location etc was spot on etc

Really lovely few days with my son. Staff were excellent and friendly throughout the hotel. My son was ill on one day and they did lots to help. Well done to all of the team.
