"Impressive looking entrance and public areas but rooms are very very basic. No bar or restaurant unless you book with a ‘separate’ business ? Pleasant staff at checkin. 10-15 minute walk in to town. We had no hot water for our whole stay and we’re only offered the use of another room just before checkout. Didn’t get breakfast because it was overcrowded and chaotic. Just one small hot water dispenser for around 100 people. Dirty cups, no free tables. Very disappointing. "

"This is a super apartment in the centre of Haro absolutely great for visiting all the bogedas some great wine tasting to be had which are an absolute must. For a traditional building this apartment has been restored to a high modern spec. Very well equipped and comfortable. It has a spacious living room with kitchen area off and a very comfortable bed. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. "

"The staff at Valdelana were fantastic. In October, restaurants are not always open but the hotel staff were informative. There are not dependable taxis in Elciego so it is great if you have a car. The cellar tour and tasting is not to be missed. I will stay here again and again."
