This apartment, located in a unique and striking building, has an equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, induction hob, Nespresso machine, washing machine, ...), a spacious living room with corner sofa and large flat screen TV with international channel list and extensive video library, fast internet /wifi and a balcony.
Air conditioning was recently installed in the living room for cooling and heating.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with a ceiling fan. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed (160cm×200cm) and access to the balcony, the second one has a bunk bed (top 90cm×200cm and bottom 140cm×200cm).
In the bathroom you will find a bath/shower combination with a thermostatic faucet.
The apartment building has an elevator, limited private parking in front of the building and a large communal swimming pool.
Beach and center of La Mata within walking distance
Go through the urbanization and the water mill park through the dunes to the beach Playa Torrelamata. You can enjoy a pleasant walk along the beach via the walking path (partly wooden boardwalk). Along the boardwalk in La Mata you will find restaurants where you can dine with view on the beach and sea.
