Fabulous holiday home for two people near Torrox.

Enjoy the magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea, up to Africa in the sunniest days, in this superb accommodation close to all amenities. The house is located 4 km from the village of Torrox and 5 km from the nearest beach. While relaxing in this house, you will enjoy amazing views, as you refresh yourself with a dip in the wonderful private pool or taking a nap on the Balinese bed.

The newly decorated accommodation offers all the comforts you need to unwind and recharge your batteries with your loved one. It has a bright living area, equipped with a sofa, a TV on the wall and a cosy kitchen with modern utensils. Please note that this house is not suitable for children or babies.

You can fully relax in the bedroom, furnished with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, which is also equipped with warm/cool air-con.

Wide windows characterise the living area, thus allowing sunlight to flood the interior, as well as providing access to the magnificent outdoor area.

The icing on the cake is undoubtedly the stunning terrace with Infinity pool and Roman end, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and a magnificent Balinese bed. This equipment is ideal for lounging in the warm Malaga sunshine. An outdoor dining and chill-out area complete the outdoor equipment of the accommodation, where you will also find a lovely outdoor Jacuzzi, available at an extra cost.

Access to the house is possible through a 3 km long dirt track, characterised by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.

Sehr schöne Aussicht, ein kleines Haus, das im Sommer angenehm sein muss, mit hĂŒbscher Außenausstattung, sonst ist das Haus sehr feucht, man muss die Fenster teilweise offen lassen, kein Beistelltisch, um drinnen essen zu können, wenn man auf die Toilette geht Man hat die FĂŒĂŸe in der Duschwanne, keinen Stauraum, der Weg ist ziemlich chaotisch, aber es stimmt, dass die Wege in Andalusien immer so sind, um eine schöne Aussicht zu haben, man braucht keinen Sportwagen. Freundliche Besitzer.

Albtraum in Andalusie

Voranb: die Finka stimmte mit den Abbildungen ĂŒberein. Obwohl man bei dem hohen Mietpreis einen Kleiderschrank, nicht nur ein 1,40 Meter-Bett und KĂŒchenschrĂ€nke, deren TĂŒren sich schließen lassen, erwarten könnte. Hinzu kommen 120 Euro whirlpoolgebuehren pro Wocheund limitierter Stromverbrauch. Das alles macht jedoch die grandiose Aussicht wett, wĂ€re da nicht die Anfahrt. Diese ist nicht gefĂ€hrlich, sie ist lebensgefaehrlich. Man fĂ€hrt 15 Minuten ĂŒber eine Schotterpiste, wenn das Navi im Spiel ist, werden schnell 90 Minuten draus. Wenn die Sonne untergegangen ist, geht nichts mehr. Nur mit Hilfe von Anwohner konnte unser Vermieter kontaktiert werden, der uns dann im Dunkeln nach oben eskortierte. DafĂŒr wurden wir von ihm beschimpft! Wir haben unseren Flug umgebucht und haben Terrox eine Woche vorher verlassen. NatĂŒrlich haben die Vermieter eine RĂŒckzahlung der Miete abgelehnt. Manfred Horn

Was fĂŒr eine superschöne Aussicht. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer. Schöner Pool und schöne Gartenmöbel. Es ist wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Ferienhaus nur ĂŒber eine schmale, kurvenreiche und teilweise steile Straße erreichbar ist. Bei einem entgegenkommenden Fahrzeug mĂŒssen Sie rĂŒckwĂ€rts fahren, um einen Überholplatz zu finden. Das Ferienhaus liegt in den HĂŒgeln und bietet daher eine schöne Aussicht. Es gibt keine KleiderschrĂ€nke/SchrĂ€nke im Haus, da dafĂŒr kein Platz ist, also haben wir 3 Wochen lang aus unseren Koffern gelebt. Auf beiden Seiten des Bettes stehen Ihnen ca. 50 cm zur VerfĂŒgung und auch im Wohnzimmer gibt es keinen Stauraum. Eigentlich ist das Haus selbst fĂŒr 2 Personen einfach 10m2 zu klein. Trotz alledem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Traumhafte Ruheoase

Das Haus liegt traumhaft mit Blick auf Torrox, Meer und Umland. Die Außenanlage ist perfekt, mit Pool, Liegen, Sitzgelegenheiten. Absolute Ruhe garantiert. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, fĂŒr 2 Personen perfekt. Etwas unpraktisch ist, dass der Koffer kaum ausgerĂ€umt werden kann. Es fehlt an AblageflĂ€chen. Zudem gibt es keine TĂŒr zwischen Schlafzimmer und Bad.

Villa exactement comme sur les photos, magnifique avec un coucher de soleil trĂšs beaux en fin de journĂ©e. trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, comme neuf. le logement se trouve dans les montagnes ce qui est Ă  la fois un point positif vu que les alentours sont trĂšs calme et la vue est incroyable. les propriĂ©taires ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs gentil et chaleureux, par contre ils ne parlent qu’espagnol. je recommande Ă  100%, cette villa en vaut la peine. L’intĂ©rieur n’est pas grand mais extrĂȘmement jolie et bien amĂ©nagĂ©e, l’extĂ©rieur quant Ă  lui est Ă  coupĂ© le souffle.
