"great hotel, and location. easy walk to shops and restaurants. hotel had a good feel. call service to desk did not work, which was annoying. There are many stairs in the hallways to rooms that do not have handrails which is dangerous, and maybe illegal. This is real easy for the hotel to fix and a great hotel should correct that. "

"The property location was fantastic being in centre of town, 2 minutes walk from train station. The hotel accommodation was basic and needing some serious TLC but for us it was exactly what we were going for somewhere to put our heads down and have a shower as we were on stag do we had 1 of the family rooms which was idea with all the amenities.
