Excellent apartment very well located

Very good apartment located along the canal. Clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a family of 5. Stephan was gracious and helpful, met us at the apartment and made sure everything was good. He spoke excellent English as well. Highly recommended. Apartment is on the 10th floor but there is a lift.

Very nice apartment

We stayed at this apartment for about a month. We were there for a retreat and totally loved it! The apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated (with art made by the host), and very clean. It felt like home! It’s steps away from the canal du midi, multiple gardens, bakery, convenience stores, and restaurants. It’s in a quiet and safe area of centrale Toulouse. The touristy Capitole area is about 25min walk or less if you take the bus. The host is prompt with communication and accommodating.

Like so many other guests, I cannot recommend this beautiful apartment highly enough.From the moment our hosts welcomed us so warmly, to our first glimpse of the bright, modern, and airy rooms, my partner and I felt instantly at home. What a fantastic apartment!

This apartment is just amazing! What majestic views. We watched sunset most days while eating dinner. The apartment is lived in, therefore everything works well , the kitchen the pantry, are stocked really well. Stephane is very kind and pleasant host, a great communicator, and remains very accessible to answer questions. His art decorates the walls and his artistic touch is clear throughout the apartment in choices of color, finishes, and furniture that are thoughtfully put together. We would definitely return again.

Wow! Appartement exceptionnel

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Les chambres sont grandes, bien meublées, et très confortables. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont modernes et bien équipées. L’appartement se trouve au 10e étage d’un meuble moderne avec ascenseur. Tout est calme est la vue est superbe. En bref, l’appartement correspond exactement aux photos à VRBO. Surtout, nous remercions Stéphane pour ses réponses rapides aux questions, pour les explications qu’il a fournies avant et pendant notre séjour, et pour l’accueil chaleureux que nous avons reçu. 10/10

Appartement bien équipé & bien situé

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet appartement avec ma femme et ma fille de deux ans. Appartement très agréable, habité et donc super bien équipé avec de la vaisselle de qualité etc. L'appartement est bien placé, avec le jardin des plantes juste à côté que ma fille à adoré avec ses poules en liberté et plein d'animation pour les petits & grands. Très bon séjour à Toulouse

Notre famille de 4 est tout de suite tombée sous le charme de cet appartement et de son quartier. On a vraiment l’impression d’être hébergés chez des amis tout en ayant suffisamment de place pour installer ses affaires, prendre possession des lieux et se sentir chez soi. L’appartement est très bien équipé et j’aurais bien voulu rester plus longtemps, ne serait-ce que pour profiter des bibliothèques très bien fournies. Très belle vue depuis le 10e étage et situation très agréable le long du Canal du Midi. L’appartement est conforme à la description. Place de parking très appréciée (par contre la place est assez exigüe, renseignez-vous sur les dimensions! Je reviendrai sans hésiter!
