"Staff, food, and amenities were all great"

"Breakfast didnt start til 7am and the pool service did not start til 10am which were both a little late. Before 7am you had to pay for coffee and the ice cream place was also not all inclusive. The steak reastaurant was also not included in theball inclusive. Aside from that the resort was clean and the staff was nice."

"The welcome staff and the restaurant staff and housekeeping were top notch. I was disappointed in the pool staff who brought drinks. There were may times we were trying to get food or drinks and often got walked past. The drinks were not very good. Our room had banging sounds in the air conditioning and for three days we got cold water. We brought the problems to the front desk and the response was thanks. We are aware. Overall it has good food and restaurants. Loved the Sante one the most. I liked it was a small resort so never a problem with the chairs or to get food. Would like to have more options for evening activities. "

"We had a disturbing experience here. On our last day, apparently while we were at dinner but well after the cleaners had been there, a staff member entered our room and changed the password on our room safe. We had already packed for the night and had closed the closet, so we did not notice until we went to retrieve our passports from the safe in the morning. We notified the front desk and they said "you forgot your password, the manager is the only one that can open it and she gets in at 8:00 AM". We did not forget the password. There was a note from staff on the safe that they had changed the password "because it had been left open". We had pre-arranged transportation to the airport leaving at 7:00 AM, so we had to pay another $110 for a ride to the airport after they finally got it open. This is not a trustworthy establishment. As for the rest of my review, the food was mediocre, the drinks were watered down and had a fake chemical taste, the beers on tap had a sour taste, the floor tiles throughout the resort were treacherously wet and slippery, and the rooms were not regularly cleaned. "

"Staff was amazing at the property, everyone was super welcoming and attended our needs the very best! Property is gorgeous with amazing amenities and views, so worth it, a great place to stay and actually enjoy a vacation!!! Cannot recommend enough! Everything was perfect. "

"Gorgeous rooms, balcony and contents spacious and tranquil, comfy bed, beautiful and spacious washrooms. Pool staff are exceptional, friendly and accommodating. Front desk and breakfast staff at Ledge were not as polite or friendly as the pool staff. "
