Flying visit
Hotel in town centre but parking available a short distance away. Very friendly welcome at reception and was told everything i needed to know, informed the lady that i had to leave early to get my flight home and she explained the front desk was maned all night. Nice large room comfortable bed and a good sleep. left early and let out by night porter, overall good stay for me.

Great surprise
It was hard to find a place due to a concert in Limerick but we found this little gem. It was quaint and very clean and quiet. Eleanor at the front desk was amazingly kind and helpful with so many good suggestions. All the staff was friendly with a genuine smile. Breakfast was excellent. Great place.

Beautiful and surprisingly quiet hotel. The lobby is lovely and comfortable. Restaurant food very good. My room was large comfortable and very quiet. Close to train station. A real find in Tralee.

Location - unloading cases can be an issue if traffic is busy. But it’s manageable. Parking is also an issue.

This was a charming hotel and the fact that it had a restaurant/bar was a plus. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

It was pouring with rain when we arrived, but a member of staff put on a coat and assisted us with our luggage The staff in the bar and restaurant were very helpful and looked after us

Great location
The location was great. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. When we returned from dinner in the evening, the bartenders at the pub downstairs were most helpful in planning our excursion for the next day. The room was clean and quiet.

Nice to be back!
Great room rate for my one night business trip. I have used this hotel previously and had no hesitation using it again. Very friendly greeting on arrival. Hotel room was spotless. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. My favourite hotel in Tralee.

Benners hotel Tralee
Lady at desk on arrival was less than enthusiastic and somewhat dismissive. Bin in bathroom had not been emptied and doors in other rooms could be heard banging loudly regularly as other guests were closing them. This may be due to issues with the door closing too quickly and could be a health and safety hazard. On a bright note, food was excellent!
