They took their time to help me with a small explanation when i inquired about my final billing and cleared up any confusions i had in a timely manner without delay via email . "I booked one double room but the hotel upgraded me to two singles. Other things I liked were good breakfast, especially the croissant was excellent, shuttle bus service to the airport at reasonable price. Everything was above average and the hotel well worth a 4-star rating."
