Quality Home, away from it all but still a great location to tour Rugen

Family of 5 from UK, rental this beautiful house for 1 week to explore Rugen Island. The home is very spacious with great facilities. The hotel up the road is a nice place for dinner, reasonably priced, but you can self cater very easily, as the kitchen is very well equipped. High quality furnishings and appliances. Only downside we didn't know there was a limit to the wifi usage, and my son used it all up in one WWE viewing! Recommend the treetop walk near Prora, Jasmund Park, Binz and Sellin. Sellin is incredibly busy on the way in, use the steam engine to beat the traffic! Thanks for an easy rental.

Wunderschönes Haus, sehr netter Vermieter. Leider war das Geschirr, das Besteck, Töpfe, Grill, Backofen stark verunreinigt. Wir haben den ersten Tag nur Reinigungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Sitzmöglichkeiten in dem großen Haus, vor allem Sofa, Sessel leider nur für 2-3 Personen vorhanden. Trotzdem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, war eine schöne Woche. Sehr ruhige Lage. Brötchen kann man in der Hotelanlage kaufen (5min zu Fuß). Fahrradschuppen ist vorhanden. Vielen Dank

Ein sehr schönes Haus, absolut ruhig gelegen, etwas abseits, aber das wussten wir ja im Vorfeld.

Selbst Check in, Schlüssel lag dort, wo durch die Agentur angesagt, alles perfekt. WLAN okay, Empfang nur in der Nähe vom Router, der Code stimmte nicht mit den Check in Unterlagen überein. In der Mappe im Haus war dann der richtige Code.Schöne Küche, großzügiges Haus. Keine öffentliche Anbindung.

Sehr schönes Haus am Ende der Welt

Wir wollten ein langes WE auf Rügen verbringen und auch zur Vorstellung des Störtebecker gehen. Dafür haben wir ein Ferienhaus gesucht und auch gefunden. Im Garten laufen die Rehe vorbei und es ist absolute Ruhe dort. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig, mit viel Geschmack und mit Liebe zu Details eingerichtet. Ich wünsche der Eigentümerin, dass das auch von allen Gästen geschätzt wird. Nur die Sauberkeit, ganz besonders außen und an den Fenstern und Rollläden lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das passt so gar nicht zum Erscheinungsbild dieses Hauses.

Großzügiges elegantes Ferienhaus

Wenn man zum Frühstück Besuch von Hasen und Rehen im Garten bekommt, weiß man, dass man sich in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung befindet. Das Seepferdchen ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Die Lage ist für die Erkundigung von Rügen ideal. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden wieder dahin gehen.

Wochenendausflug zu Störtebeker

Unserer Aufenthalt war sehr schön nur leider viel zu kurz. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, es ist sehr ruhig und man hat sehr viel Platz. Wir waren 6 erwachsene und 1 Kind. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer und jeder hatte seine Ruhe. Wir würden gerne wieder hinfahren.

Beschreibung der Annonce entspricht nicht der Realität

Es ist kein "Gemeinschaftspool" vorhanden. Er gehört NICHT zur Ausstattung, sondern zum Hotel nebenan. Natürlich gegen eine Gebühr. Die Sauna im Haus kann auch nur gegen eine Gebühr benutzt werden. Ebenso stimmt die Angabe "Blick aufs Meer" nicht!! Der Strandabschnitt gehört übrigens auch zum Hotel. Dem Schlafsofa fehlt die Matratze. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass wir das Sofa "nicht korrekt" ausgezogen hätten, da eine Matratze integriert wäre. Bilder und Videos sowie das Personal vor Ort bezeugen das Gegenteil. Die Kollegen hatten sogar im Haus nach der Matratze gesucht, doch keine gefunden. Daraufhin wurde uns von der Gastgeberin gesagt, dass das Schlafsofa sowieso nicht zur Vermietung stand - und auch nicht in der Annonce stand. Zum Glück hatten wir vorher Screenshots von der Annonce mit den Falschaussagen gemacht. Die anschließende Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war katastrophal. Es wurde unprofessionell und unempathisch reagiert. +++ Fazit +++ Das Objekt an sich war nichts Besonderes und für den Preis völlig überzogen. Es ist ein normales Haus mit den üblichen (Haushalts-)Gegenständen und Möbeln. Hätten die oben genannten Angaben im Inserat der Wahrheit entsprochen, hätten wir uns ganz klar für ein anderes Objekt entschieden.

Guter Baustiel & Ausstattung / Gebrauchsgegenstände haben Potential

Positiv: Das Haus wirkt von der Machart grossartig, auch ist alles da was es braucht (gute Geräte / Induktionsherd). Es hatte für uns viel Platz. Für unsere Kinder war es super im Garten spielen zu können und Rehe, Hasen und Vögel beobachten zu können. Der Strandkorb gab einen gemüdlichen Sonnenschutz zum lesen und chillen. Negativ: Die Gebrauchsgegenstände haben Potentiale. Einige Dinge wirken schon sehr mitgenommen, nicht gut gepflegt oder gehen nicht mehr (Abdeckung des Strandkorbs, Sonnenschirm, Gardinen, Grillzange, Lichtkugeln im Garten etc.). Die Stühle am Esstisch sind unbequem und schwer. Auch ist die Sauberkeit nicht so wie wir es erwarten würden. Wir haben viel Nachgeputz in den Schränken und Räumen / Store. Die grossen Fensterflächen und Gardinen sind nicht sauber. Spinnweben und Ameisen sind im Haus zu finden. Am Abend konnten wir nicht draussen sitzen, weil die Mücken zu zahlreich sind und es keinen Schutz gibt. Mit der grossen Glasfläche heizen sich die Innenräume stark auf, dadurch gibt es keinen Wärmeschutz (nicht Unterkellert/ keine Jalousien). Die Store waren im Obergeschoss defekt, was bereits die Vormieter bemängelt haben.

Nach vielen Erfahrungen mit anderen Ferienhäusern, hebt sich dieses sehr positiv hervor. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, sind großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein Ferienhaus, auf das man sich nach langen Spaziergängen zur Entspannung, auch in der Sauna, freut. 2 € für 150 Minuten Saunanutzung, sind angemessen.

Sehr erholsame 8 Urlaubstage

Wir haben als kleine Familie die Tage in der Ruhe von Vaschwitz genossen und konnten dabei den herrlichen Kranichflug beobachten, was die Kinderaugen groß werden ließ. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Positiv: -Die Villa liegt abseits jeglichen Rummels, wer die Ruhe sucht, wird hier fündig. -Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin war unkompliziert und trotz Corona stets freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend. - Die Villa ist neu und Platz ist zur Genüge Negativ: -Wie schon von Vormietern beschrieben haben wir das Haus nur unzureichend gereinigt vorgefunden. Nach Reklamation wurde schnell nachgewischt, jedoch mit dem selben Lappen für Küche, Bad, Kühlschrank.... Haben dann lieber selbst Hand angelegt. Grill wie immer rostig - Abfall vom Vormieter hat Mülleimer überquellen lassen, so dass in einer Woche eigentlich kein Müll mehr reinpasste. Kommentar vom Team: kommt Donnerstag... - Rolläden in einem Zimmer funktionieren nicht -Wlan ist LTE, also nicht besser als Handy, für uns aber zweitrangig. Fazit: für Premiumbereich sollte man in Reinigungsfirma investieren, ansonsten passt alles und man hat seine Ruhe. Würden wieder buchen

Domizil war unzureichend gereinigt. Die großen Fensterflächen Waren sehr schmutzig.

Die elektrischen Geräte waren z.T. defekt. Der Spiegel im Bad war kaputt und einfach ohne Fixierung aufgestellt worden- Verletzungsgefahr. Das WLAN war viel zu langsam, weil man einen billigen Tarif gewählt hat. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung war sehr schlecht! Hinzu kam eine Doppelbuchung seitens der Hausverwaltung. Das Inventar war war schon sehr abgenutzt und wurde uns trotzdem wegen Beschädigung belastet- Kaution.

Ein tolle Wohnambiente , hervorragend geeignet für 6 Personen da 3 separate Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder

Die Einrichtung des Hauses mit Kamin , Sauna und offener Bibliothek in der oberen Etage verliehen ein angenehmes Klima zum Wohlfühlen und Verweilen. Die Sauberkeit der Fußböden und Fenster war nicht gegeben. Vorhandenes Wlan funktionierte nicht bzw war viel zu schwach um es zu nutzen.Für die Benutzung der Sauna noch extra zahlen zu müssen fanden wir bei der Hausmiete nicht gerechtfertigt. Die bereit stehenden Zusätze für den Saunagang waren alle leer . Toilettenpapier war mit 1 Rolle für 5 Tage sehr knapp bemessen .

Toller Urlaub im geräumiger Villa

Das große und gut eingerichtete Ferienhaus hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Die vorhandenen 3 Bäder und die Küche sind sehr modern. Auf der großen Terrasse lässt es sich gut Grillen und die ausladende Rasenfläche lädt zum Spielen ein. Man sollte mit einplanen, dass der nächste Supermarkt 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Check-in und Check-out lief nach vorherigem Anruf reibungslos ab. Gerne wieder!

Wonderful house for the extended family

Wonderful newer house. Very well equipped. Very comfortable for a large family. Excellent and very friendly help from the local caretaker. Location is a bit off the beaten track, but that's why you come here. Internet runs over a mobile modem, hence has some limitations if you have kids with iPads. Sauna requires 2Eur coins (which were given back), but you need to bring some. We loved it!

Es ist ein Ferienhaus in einer neuen (Ferien)Siedlung mit Häusern ähnlichen Typs. In diesem Haus spürt man das es mit viel Liebe zum Detail geplant und gebaut wurde. Die Inneneinrichtung ist vom Feinsten, es fehlt an nichts, die Möbelstücke sind edel, großteils Unikate. Es stehen drei Bäder, davon 2 mit Wannen zur Verfügung, darüber hinaus Sauna, Regendusche. Vollausgestatte Küche mit hochwertigen Markengeräten (Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine und allen erdenklichen Kleingeräten), ferner ein Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen und Gefrierschrank. Der offene Kamin sorgt für eine angenehme Atmosphäre an kalten Tagen, das Haus mit Leseecke und Musikanlage lässt auch Regentage gut ertragen. Wir waren zu fünft mit kleinem Hund und haben uns prächtig erholt. Das Haus können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wohlfühlen und viel mehr .......

Es war unser erster Urlaub auf Rügen und gleich ein Volltreffer . Das Haus ist modern und mit viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet . Man legt einen großen Wert darauf daß man sich dort wohl fühlt Eine kleine Bibliothek ist mit viel Ahnung zusammen gestellt Es findet sich für jeden was von klein bis groß .Gesellschaftsspiele sorgten für lustige Abende beim knisternden Kaminfeuer. Schmerzende Füße , nach langen Spaziergängen am Wasser , freuten sich auf entspannte Abende in der hauseigener Sauna. Oder einfach entspannen im heißen Bad beim Kerzenschein . Endlich ein Feriendomiziel wo man sich nicht um Deteils kümmern muss . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Immer wieder gerne .....
