Beautiful home

We loved the modern and clean look and the amount of space is more than enough for two people. This home can easily accommodate a family and give plenty of indoor/outdoor space. It was a very safe neighborhood and very quiet. The house manager was very responsive and knowledgeable which was an absolute bonus.

Great stay in a beautiful home

We stayed for 4 nights in January and had an amazing time. The home is beautifully decorated and was great for our group. We especially enjoyed spending time on the outdoor patio and using the pool. This home is in a great location with 24/7 security and is very close to some of the best cenotes in the area. Downtown Tulum is very accessible and is only a short drive away. We also drove to Chichén Itza, which was amazing! Would definitely recommend this home.

Serene, great amenities, mold issue

Lovely place, beautiful back porch and plunge pool, easy walk to large pool and gym. Unfortunately, mold issue in curtains, maybe carpet and couch due to large windows and doors - prob kept open during rain and mold set in. Vacasa, the property tenders were great at replacing the bedding as it smelled of mold. We stayed 3 nights, would have preferred to move, but not an option. We stayed outside or went away and only slept to avoid mold exposure. Beautiful place, comfy beds.

Underwhelmed

We were given the wrong lock box code and arrived on a Sunday late afternoon and could not contact Vacasa.Dirty towels, and not enough for the 2 weeks we were staying. No toilet paper whatsoever, no liquid dish detergent, no black out blinds, very uncomfortable sofa, uneven back patio (step up and step down to get to the only table outside). The patio covering provides good shade but is ineffective in the rain. Hot water for the shower was always sporadic and shower head needs to be replaced. Safe was not affixed to anything.The entire residential property was very quiet, even around the community pool. The table tennis and gym facilities were good and we felt safe. The security gate people were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property

We stayed here for a week in february and it was amazing. Villa has all the amenities you may need especially in the kitchen. Because we stayed here for a week we went to a grocery store and bought some food to cook for breakfast and lunch and honestly all the kitchen utensils were very useful. We bought bunch of fresh fruits and made juices and smoothies almost every day. There is separate tap for drinking water so that was great. Unless you are planning to hang out mostly in the villa you need a car or taxi to go to town which is only 5 mins drive. Walking is not recommended as there is no sidewalk and its a busy road with stray dogs. We rented a car so the location was not an issue for us at all. There is a big community pool and kids playground that our toddler loved very much. If your kids like to sleep in a dark room you might want to consider bringing black out curtains (we did). The host team was really helpful. We were allowed an early check in and any other questions were answered right away. Really recommend this place for your vacation.
