The sunny, quiet location close to the city center is excellent for families or groups of friends. Not far from the beach and bathing facilities. For those wishing to attend the famous ATP Open Croatia tennis tournament which has been taking place for years in Umag in the Stella Maris area, the accommodation is excellent.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, the first with double bed (160x200), 2 bedside tables and night lamps, large wardrobe with bookcase and a single bed, the second bedroom with double bed (160x200), two shelves, night lamps, wardrobe with mirror and futon, bed linen provided (weekly change). The large bathroom has a bathtub with shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, amenities, washing machine, hairdryer, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly). The sunny living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, a coffee table, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioner, free Wi-Fi internet connection, exit to the terrace. The highlight of the beaches along the coast of Umag and its surroundings are the pine trees and a lot of vegetation in the proximity of the beaches. This will allow you to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day.
