the old post was completely renovated in 2016/2017 as a holiday home for groups and large families of 6-16 people.

the house stands on a large natural plot with a winter garden for the cooler evenings, swings, digging boxes, beach chairs, a large terrace with a large table for the whole group, ponds, a double carport and a grill ensure relaxation.
Carnin is a small place that is known for the railway lift bridge, which can be seen as a monument from afar.
meadows, fields and lots of water surround the place, which is ideal for hikes, walks, cycling and nature observation. two small ports and the lotent tower provide the maritime flair.
in the big house there is a sauna and 2 fireplaces and sleeping facilities for up to 14 people.
the following sleeping possibilities are available:

1 bedroom with 2 double beds
1 sofa bed for 2 people
living room with 2-4 day beds (mattresses)
1 bunk bed
a garden shed for 2 people with a fireplace, shower bath and mini kitchen can be booked for € 20 per night, from 15 people it is included in the rental price.

Schönes Ferienhaus auf Usedom
Wir (10 Personen) haben die ruhige Lage am Haff sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und der Garten bietet viel Platz zum draußen Spielen und am Feuer sitzen. Ein optimaler Ort für unser Familientreffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal.

Silvester Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden
Die Ausstattung des Hauses war gut, für eine große Gruppe war genügend Geschirr/Besteck vorhanden. Es sah nur leider so aus , als wurde das Haus schon lange nicht gereinigt. Ich musste erstmal alles reinigen. Im Winter ist das Haus leider nicht zu empfehlen, wir mussten sehr viel heißen. Es kühlt sich sehr schnell ab. Der m*3 kostet 3,50€,man sollte lieber mit den zwei vorhandenen Öfen(Holz kostenlos) heizen. Gas ist nicht um Mietpreis vorhanden, wird am Ende abgerechnet. Die Bilder vom Haus sind leider nicht mehr ganz aktuell!

Haus mit Charme
Trotz des regnerischen Wetters hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und das ganze Gelände ist für größere Gruppen sehr gut geeignet. Wir haben hier eine schöne Zeit verbracht!

Die Vermieterin war flexibel und entgegenkommend. Das Objekt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kinder hatten aber Spaß und fanden genug Platz zum Toben.

Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es Es war alles Noetige vorhanden. Die Bäder sind sehr schön.Am allerschoensten ist der grosse Garten mit Feuerstelle. Wir haben einige tolle Tage mit 9 Leuten verbringen können.

Alles Bestens
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Der Garten ist schön groß mit Grillplatz, zur Not gibt es noch einen 2. Vollausstattung mal wörtlich genommen. Waschmaschine, Mixer, sogar Kuchen könnte man backen. Frau Pasch ist eine sehr nette Frau, die bei den kleinsten Kleinigkeiten sofort zu Stelle war und es auch nicht übel genommen hat, das mein Enkelkind den Schlüssel eingpackt hat, weil ein kleiner Ball dran war. Mir war es schon peinlich, aber hat sich wieder angefunden. Also immer gern wieder.
