Our Holiday house is just 3 minute walk from the beach! Its best location and panorama sea view in the area. This was the first Holiday house built in Utjeha area and therefore has its own wonderful memories of all occupants since. Capacity is 8 persons in total.

Our beach Utjeha is made of white stone pebbles and it’s one of very few beaches on Montenegrins coast which got `Blue Flag`, the highest coastal ranking.
