- Disliked: Staff & service
Location was good. There was work being done meaning very noisy drilling till 6 pm everyday unable to sleep or relax due to the loud sound. Asked the staff to change our room but we could hear it from everywhere in the hotel. I wouldnt book the room if I had known it's going to be that noisy. There was no warning or notice on their website to let us know in advance when we were booking our room. Had a dinner in the hotel and it was very poor quality think it was a pizza straight from freezer. Couldn't eat it waste of money. My relaxing holiday unfortunately ruined due to the noisy situation in the hotel. Also staff very unfriendly, no smile, talking in Spanish about us in front of us! Strongly NOT recommended to stay in this hotel. Waste of our precious time and money.

Nice hotel in the new area and the rooftop swimming pool is a good extra.
