Nice place at the beach south of Valencia

Wem das Appartement egal ist
Die Lage des Appartements ist wirklich sehr gut, erste Reihe, direkt am Meer. ABER Die Wohnung selbst ist im Stil der achtziger Jahre eher bescheiden eingerichtet. Leider riecht es in allen Zimmern nach Schimmel und ich fürchte, der ist auch überall. Die Klimaanlage wahnsinnig alt und sehr laut, direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer. Nicht auszuhalten.

Rosana fue un encanto y se portó de maravilla con nosotros. Todo es como se ve en las fotos y estuvimos muy muy agusto. Es poder ver desde la terraza la playa y estar a escasos metros de la arena es un lujo. Es perfecto para ir en grupo de amigos o para ir con la familia y niños. 100% recomendable.

Inoubliable !
Je ne sais par quoi commencer... si que j'ai eu beaucoup de mal à partir... L'appartement est super et idéalement situé. La mer est visible depuis chacune des pièces ce qui rend la vue juste géniale. La proximité de la mer permet d'avoir de l'air constamment et la climatisation est superflue. A 2 km, il y a une grande surface ; à quelques mètres de l'appartement, un supermarché qui permet de faire des réassorts si besoin. De plus, un arrêt de bus se trouve à deux pas pour aller à Valence (40 mn), ville magnifique. Bref, des vacances en famille (3 adultes, 1 ado de 16 ans et 1 enfant de 8 ans) et appréciées de tous. Nous n'avons manqué de rien (même la piscine aurait été bien superflue) et Rosana, la propriétaire, fort sympathique et très réactive ! Des réponses quasi instantanées... Bref, des vacances inoubliables et à refaire !

El apartamento, tanto su ubicación y vistas son excelentes. Lo único, al estar en un primer piso, se oía todo el movimiento de la gente de bajo. Muy buena atención por parte de la dueña y siempre dispuesta a solucionar cualquier problema.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, men slidt og ikke ren
Lejligheden har en fantastisk beliggenhed ud mod havet. Lejligheden er slidt og trænger til renovering. Lejligheden var dårlig rengjort, bl.a. stod der 2 liter vand i bunden af køleskabet, og køleskabet var ikke vasket. Skuffer i kommoder var ikke vasket, så vi havde flere timers rengøring første aften. Burde ikke betale for slutrengøring. Ingen vinglas (kun til cava) (vi er i Spanien !), ved kontakt til udlejer fik vi svar at det da var glas i lejligheden.

I feel that when you arrived at the apartment it was not as you like it and that you would miss glasses of red and white wine, (in the apartment there are all kinds of glasses) and that there was no vacuum cleaner. The truth is that people who have come to the apartment so far to spend your vacation nobody has protested me. You can read all the comments made on the website.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit top Aussicht
Es ist eine sehr liebe und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht von der Wohnung ist traumhaft schön. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, ideal zum Entspannen und Relaxen. In ca. 20 Autofahrminuten ist Valencia zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Apartamento ideal para disfrutar de playa y relax, apartamento bien equipado y bien comunicado,. Rosana propietaria, muy pendiente de cualquier imprevisto y muy agradable en el trato. Totalmente aconsejable.

Een uitstekend appartement voor strandliefhebbers
Het appartement heeft voor strandliefhebbers een uitstekende ligging. Het bevindt zich op de 1ste verdieping. Vanuit het appartement naar het strand: één trapje af, 10 meter lopen en je bent er. Badlakens voor op het strand vooral niet meenemen, die zijn volop aanwezig. Het appartementengebouw staat op privéterrein dat met elektrische hekken is afgesloten. Onder het gebouw is een parkeerplaats voor je auto (noodzakelijk) beschikbaar. Hoewel het appartement 3 slaapkamers heeft met in totaal 8 bedden, is het voor een comfortabel verblijf aan te bevelen om het met minder personen te bewonen (max. 6). Zo niet, dan wordt het in de woonkamer en op de balkons wel erg krap. De badkamers zijn klein; één is nogal klein en de ander is piepklein. De keuken is voorzien van alle benodigde huishoudelijke spullen, incl. vaatwasser en wasmachine. Voorzieningen zijn prima (van bedden t/m strandstoelen, van zonwering t/m kinderspelletjes). Enig minpunt: het appartement was niet overal even schoon (keuken, badkamers). We zijn hartelijk ontvangen door Rosana en Sophia, er stond een welkomstgeschenk voor ons klaar. We hebben genoten van de prachtige zonsopgangen waarmee we gewekt werden, van het uitzicht over zee en van het zo nabijgelegen strand. Het appartement is zonder meer een aanrader voor strandliefhebbers.

LOCALISATION IDEALE AU BORD DE LA PLAGE
excellent accueil, l'appartement est situé en première ligne, idéal pour le lever du soleil, aller à la plage... c'est une petite résidence familiale, au calme et peu de monde sur la plage parking sécurisé , avec télécommande pour le portail . appartement avec climatisation dans la salle à manger :-) il y a un arrêt de bus à proximité, le ticket pour Valencia coûte 1,50€ c'est bien pratique aussi ! on recommande cet appartement et espérons y revenir !

Situation idéale, appartement sur la plage!!!
Nous avons passé des vacances très agréables dans cet appartement au bord de l'eau, bien équipé et avec une place de parking privé. L'appartement est fonctionnel et très bien situé, sur une plage calme et familiale. Vivement les prochaines vacances, nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Magnifique séjour à la plage! Magnífica estancia en la playa!
Je recommande fortement cet appartement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour proche à la plage et à seulement 10 minutes de Valence et 15 minutes de l'aéroport. La propriétaire est très sympathique et joignable. Recomiendo este apartamento. Apreciamos mucho nuestra estancia cerca de la playa y a sólo 10 minutos de Valencia y 15 minutos del aeropuerto. La propietaria es muy simpática y en todo momento localizable.

great place, great vacation
Thanks a lot for the warm welcome, information and help. We really enjoyed our time there and it was hard to convince the kids that we had to go back. If you like the sea, the beach and incredible sunrises that you can enjoy from your bed this is the right place. Can just recommend it. From all 8 person 5 stars :)

Precioso apartamento
El apartamento es perfecto, con unas vistas increíbles y muy tranquilo. Equipado con absolutamente todo lo que se pueda necesitar. La dueña es una mujer encantadora que estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitaramos. Recomiendo este apartamento sin dudarlo y repetiría la estancia seguro!
