Right at the heart of Avenida del Puerto lie our fantastic modern apartments. Our apartments allow guests to enjoy all that Valencia has to offer being only 10 minutes away from the beach, 5 minutes from the port and a bus or metro journey away from the historic city centre.

These light and airy apartments can sleep 4 guests. Each apartment contains 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a sofa, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and wifi. These apartments are perfect for people who wish to spend a few days in the Mediterranean and, at the same time, want to explore the historic city centre.

Valencia, with its yearlong pleasant temperatures, cultural events and history is a perfect destination for holidaymakers.

This apartment is situated 25m from the bus station, 500m from the metro station Estación Metro Ayora, 1km from the beautiful Malvarossa beach and 200m from a supermarket. Only 25 minutes from the airport, this apartment is easily accessible for guests visiting from abroad.

The pictures did not really show the run down condition of the property. When I emailed the contact person I never heard back from them. They were quick to email about payment, but when I emailed a question I never got a response.

Seuls points négatifs : les coins et les jointures sont sales notamment les coins dans la salle de bain, la clim ne marche pas, il n'est pas précisé qu'il y a un fer à repasser et un sèche cheveux, le gérant ne répond pas

Die Wohnung sollte für 4 Personen sein. Wir waren zu dritt. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine und das Besteck war spärlich. Nur zwei Esslöffel und wenige Teelöffel. Der Balkon war voller Taubendreck und Zigarettenkippen. Die Abflüsse waren generell verstopft und die Dusche verkalkt und mit Schimmel in den Fugen. Nachttischleuchten waren beide defekt. Insgesamt sehr abgewohnt und nicht wirklich sauber.
