Good value but several problematic issues
This apartment hotel has the good and the less good: GOOD: location very close to the center of Valletta (Church, Great Master's Palace etc); nice roof that one can sit and also see most of the city; pretty roomy studio apartment; free purified water and coffee/tea at the entrance; full set of cutlery, pots/pans and dishes/glasses; good wifi; very good price. LESS GOOD: No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels; no outlets in the bathroom; the hair dryer can only be used in the studio room - but no mirror there; no chair with a back (only stools + a sofa that is not always opened from its sofa bed position). BAD: The manager is not willing to meet new guests at the front door (even when notifying if the guest's precise arrival time) -- you have to call and wait 5-7 minutes outside with suitcases. If it's raining -- that's a bad situation! (Otherwise, he is friendly and helpful.) BTW, the street is so narrow that taxis cannot drive on it -- you will be left off about 50 meters from the front door. Bottom line: pretty good value for the price, but do not expect "luxury" despite the name of the place.

Nice apartment, but could be a lot nicer
Apartment is well located & relatively clean. New towels were provided each day. They're able to provide a car to collect you from the airport, which was very efficient. The greeter, Milan, was very polite & informative about the local area. However there were a number of issues: There was a strong smell of damp - apparently this is common in Valletta, so something to think about if you want to stay in the city! There was a limited amount of hot water - barely enough for two showers every day. If you were taking it in turns to shower and went second, then the last minute or so would be cold! Speaking of the shower, there are two - one in the bath and a separate shower room. However, there was no mount for the shower head, which meant you had to hold the shower with one hand all the time. The mattress was just a piece of foam, with only a thin sheet covering it. It was comfy enough, but really needed a mattress protector on top of it. Perhaps worst of all, on the day of check-out (which is 10:30am) one of the maids knocked on the door at 8:30, waking us up. She must have heard us talking so left, but one hour later she came back and let herself in! When I saw her, she just asked if we would be ready to check out at 10:30. Not only did it make us feel like we were being hounded out, but she also woke us up! Overall, while the location and price were good, the actual quality of the apartment could be a lot nicer.

I apologise for the behaviour of our maid and the the necessary steps have been taken by the management to ensure this is not repeated. As for the the damp in your apartment this is mainly due to the severe weather we experienced this winter and the age of the building. The apartment, however, is provided with a daily cleaning service and this ensures that the level of humidity is minimal. It is also pertinent to point out that the apartment includes a geyser which provides sixty litres of hot water. Regards...Paul

Luxury? Not in our opinion
Great location in old Valletta and good shared roof terrace but the apartment is sparsely equipped (no coffee machine!) and poorly managed. No BBQ or hydro-massage on the roof terrace as advertised. When the lights went out the management was slow to respond with basic essentials like a torch for the pitch black staircase. We don't blame them for the electricity cut (it was the whole neighbourhood) but there were no emergency supplies in any of the apartments. Took two days to sort but they did give us a small refund. The dishwasher isn't fixed in position and doesn't open properly as the kickboard wasn't trimmed to fit. The double bed was made with a single sheet, shame on them. A picture over the kitchen table was moved to hastily cover a hole in the wall. The fixings for a missing TV hung in the bedroom. All in all it has potential but is poorly equipped and managed. They need to up their game for a pleasant stay.

Hard to find with st number but great location
It was a little confusing finding the place. Being my first time in Valletta, I walked for about 45 min until a local walked me to the door. After that, someone showed up to the hotel in 5 min to walk with me to my room and show me the place.

Great Central location , Price and facilities.
Great location and price! Staff readily friendly. Room facilities perfect! No issues. The aircon was perfect for this weather too. I will use this place again as it's centrally located for all the great places to visit in Valetta

a bit tired
good location and spacious but more attention to detail as to state of apartment and fittings would help for example - plug socket on bed side light broken - fixed 4 days later on morning of our departure electric kettle blew the fuses - able to be found and fixed at 4 am and kettle replaced later that day but should not have happened requested an airport transfer - email not responded to; after 2 phone calls to follow up taxi booked but for wrong time and after requests of where to meet it were advised to meet it on the wrong cross street (Strait St at that point is too narrow for taxis and there is scaffolding in the street table cloth ripped in 3 places and only 1 wine glass - both corrected when mentioned but should never have occurred in the first place

Vi oplevede stor imødekommenhed og hurtig respons på ønsker. Lejligheden er velbeliggende midt i Valetta. Der var derfor nogen (men kun begrænset forstyrrende) gadestøj.

Il palazzo puzza di muffa i letti orrendi e fatiscenti degni di un campo nomadi per la pulizia non ne parliamo pessima sporchissimi Stoviglie pochissime la gestione un fallimento totale nessuno supporto ho lasciato l’appartamento da solo nessuno si è fatto vivo solo il posto merito perché si trova al centro della valletta

However, it is pertinent to point out that the apartment is provided with daily cleaning service and it includes cocking facilities, including the necessary crockery, for six people. Furthermore, upon arrival, clients are greeted by our staff. They are also provided with a phone number so they can inform us of any problems they may encounter during their stay with us - they can contact us on this number at at any time of the day seven days a week. El apartamento está muy céntrico y no es difícil de encontrar. Además, tiene todos los electrodomésticos básicos y necesarios para cocinar así como cubiertos, vasos y platos. Lo único menos bueno, fue que la potencia de la ducha no era suficiente para poder lavarte bien.

First we didn't receive the details regarding the arrival procedure. Due to a thunderstorm the week before our arrival, the elevator was out of service. We didn't get hot water for the showers during 2 days. We informed a staff member but the hotel provided us a solution only 2 days after our report. We learnt that the person in charge of finding an alternative didn't inform his manager concerning to our problem... We finally get a room including hot water but the last night another issue: the electric system was out of service for several hours... However the manager was very nice and it was a staff member very efficient, friendly and he provided us a lot of information relative to touristic visits, restaurants and majors sites to visit! The view on the terrasse is incredible and the room was pretty nice and clean.

L Appartement du 4eme étage est très bien situé dans une petite ruelle de la Valette. Il est propre et assez grand pour 4 personnes, avec une belle cuisine. La salle de bain est spacieuse et la cabine de douche en plus est appréciable. Toutefois, le canapé lit est en mauvais état et nous avons préféré mettre le matelas au sol pour ne pas sentir les ressorts du canapé. Le lit double de la chambre est grand et confortable. La terrasse sur le toit permet de se poser au calme et de bien voir la ville.

Points positifs : - emplacement au top, on est en plein centre de la Valette. - la terrasse au dernier étage. - cuisine pour pouvoir cuisiner. Points négatifs : - le canapé lit, absolument pas adapté pour 2 adultes. Nous avons dormi 5 nuits dans cet appart et ça a été des nuits très difficiles. - poubelles jamais vidées. - publicité mensongère : aucun bain à remous. - pas assez de vaisselle pour 4 personnes. - pas de micro-onde - evier et douche bouchés - pas de pression pour les douches - c'est nous qui avons du faire notre lit en arrivant à l'hôtel Nous avons trouvé le prix excessif pour la qualité et la prestation de la chambre.

Purtoppo abbiamo soggiornato soon una notte, appartamento molto pulito, confortevole e moderno, situato nel centro della Valletta. Al piano terra disponibile pure boccione dell'acqua e acqua calda con te o caffè. Pure ascens ore. Ottima posizione , centralissimo. Ci tornerei sicuramente

Excellent emplacement
Très bon sejour à l'appartement du 2ème étage. L'appartement est spacieux, mais je dirais pour 2 personnes et non 4. Nous étions 2, mais je ne pense pas que le canapé aurait été adapté pour d'autres personnes. La femme de ménage est très sympa, serviettes changés à la demande. La terrasse est superbe !! Nous y avons pris tous nos petits déjeuners. Emplacement parfait en plein centre de la valette. Dans les points à améliorer: la literie pas terrible, et la salle de bain à refaire. Surtout la douche il faut refaire les joints ça ne fait pas propre ! La douche inonde la salle de bain. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

La professionalita lascia a desiderare
La stanza era ok, il bagno no lavandino bloccato e la doccia rotta. Poi il palazzo al lato era sotto costruzione e i lavoratori iniziano alle sette del mattino a smartellare e fare rumori indecenti. La cosa peggiore è stato il passaggio di ritorno all'aeroporto. La macchina che avevamo pre pagato e prenotato per le sette del mattino non è venuta. Quando alle 7:15 abbiamo chiamato Mario lui ci ha detto che c'era stato un incidente e che l'auto non sarebbe venuta. Mario, la persona che ci aveva accolto, ci ha detto di andare sulla strada principale e cercare un taxi dicendo che ce ne sarebbero stati di sicuro. Di fatto però a quell'ora non se ne vedeva nessuno. Abbiamo persino chiamato il numero per un taxi solo per scoprire che non ce n'erano fino alle otto… troppo tardi per il nostro volo. Per pura fortuna abbiamo visto un pulmino che era libero e che ci ha portato a destinazione. Onestamente questo non mi sembra affatto un comportamento accettabile. Mario avrebbe dovuto organizzare un altro metodo di trasporto oppure offrirsi lui stesso. Non si abbandonano turisti senza dimestichezza della zona à cercare un taxi dove non ce ne sono, dove non si sa neanche come sono, di che colore è da che parte si fermano. Abbiamo trovato questo comportamento poco professionale e per questo la nostra permanenza non è stata piacevole e per questo ho dato una recensione scadente.

Das Highlight ist die Dachterasse
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, äusserst geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Leider ist das Bad in einem etwas desolatem Zustand: schimmlige Fugen in der Dusche, WC-Deckel fällt einem in den Rücken, Lavabo läuft ungenügend ab. Das Beste ist die Dachterasse mit herrlichen Rundblick. Liebe Grüsse Benno Kaiser

Соседние дома нежилые, там идёт ремонт, соответственно шум. Особенно неприятно, когда стучат в 7 утра. Полотенца ни разу не меняли, просто использованные сворачивали , таким образом путали, где для ног, где для лица. В душевой кабине сломана дверь, вместо неё шторка. Кровать удобная, а диван провалился. Спать было неудобно.

We provide a change of towels in this property on a daily basis however we ask the guests to let us know by leaving towels on the floor if they require change.The shower is provided with a curtain for ease of use. Per noi è stata la prima volta a malta viaggiavamo con i bambini quindi abbiamo cercato una sistemazione centrale. L'appartamento è in una posizione veramente centrale, ottima. Il personale che ci ha accolto era gentile ma non sapeva molto dell'appartamento.. La pulizia viene fatta solo al check in e gli asciugamani erano pochi...
