3 Week holiday at Montvallon in Valreas

We had a great stay at Montvallon. The owners are very friendly. They do not live nearby and we only met during our stay once. However, Elisabeth is always available. We were welcomed by Robert who is a friend of the owners with some local wine and jam. He is very kind and always ready to assist if you have a question or problem. The house and the swimming pool are very nice with a view over the vineyards. Cities in the Provence/Ardeche are nearby.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mitten in den Weinbergen ca. 2km von Valreas. Wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte ist man definitiv an der richtigen Stelle. Das Haus ist schön geräumig und genauso wie auf den Bildern. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das tut dem Ganzen keinen Abbruch, es ist alles vorhandenwas man braucht. Der Pool ist grandios und wir hatten eine Menge Spaß. Der Verwalter ist sehr nett und super hilfsbereit. Die Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer und in der Küche sind sehr nützlich, obwohl anzumerken ist, dass die Temperaturen drinnen im EG auch bei großer Hitze draußen angenehm waren. Das Grundstück ist etwas wild aber mit viel Charm und Platz. Der große Baum spendet ab ca. 17 Uhr Schatten was bei 35-40 Grad sehr willkommen war. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster. Wir qüeden definitiv wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Charme und Pool

Geräumiges Haus mit Garten und Pool in den Weinbergen der Provence. Das Haus hat Charme und alles, was man braucht. Beheizter Pool, Trampolin für die Kinder und Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen sehr nahe.Herzliche Vermieter, super Kommunikation schon vor unserer Anreise.Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Maison au milieu des vignes, sans bruits, intérieur propre et confortable (grâce à la climatisation), petit plus lits faits à l'arrivée, petit bémol les 2 chambres communicantes sont en enfilades. L'extérieur est agréable avec une grande piscine très appréciée par ces fortes chaleurs (bon à savoir il peut y avoir un voisin (très discret) dans la maison mitoyenne). Groot huis met leuk zwembad in de natuur

Fijn groot huis, binnen perfect netjes. Frisse lakens en handdoeken. Zwembadhanddoeken wel niet aanwezig. Handig dat er fietsen aanwezig zijn. Veel servies. Grote koelkast en diepvries zijn ook handig. Net als het wasmachine. Tuin is groot, maar mag misschien een beetje opgefrist aan de zijkant, deel dat niet verhuurd is. Zwembad is mooi met prachtig zicht op de wijngaarden.

Prachtig huis met grote schaduwrijke tuin waar je je meteen thuis voelt!

Mooi ingericht huis tussen de wijngaarden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Veel ruimte buiten, veel schaduw en zon rondom het zwembad. Het voelt als 'thuis komen'.

Spacieux mas au coeur des vignes

Un beau mas bien rénové au milieu des vignes. Calme, isolé mais proche de tout. Cuisine très bien équipée, lits confortables. Maison vraiment agréable près de Vaison-la-Romaine, Nyons... Juste un regret, c'est la terrasse couverte de graines désagréables qui s'accrochaient au pelage de notre petit chien.

Calme et parfait pour se retrouver en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre mas, très bien adapté pour les enfants, et pour les adultes aussi. Les nombreux jeux pour la piscine , c'est le top. Nous avons surtout utilisé le filet et fait des parties de volley mémorables. Le calme , l'ombre des arbres , les transats, parfait pour profiter de l'extérieur, Toute toute petite amélioration, des verres à bière !!, mais on se débrouille sans aussi Merci Cordialement Marie

Maison sur-équipée pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce mas qui est très très bien équipé et particulièrement pour les enfants (lit bébé, chaise haute, table à langer, petite baignoire, petit pot, réducteur de wc, marche-pied, de nombreux jeux pour la piscine, serviettes pour la piscine, couverts, assiettes et verres en plastique, etc. De nombreux équipements de cuisine permettent de cuisiner comme à la maison! La piscine est très agréable et offre une vue sur les vignes qui entourent la propriété! L’environnement extérieur mériterait un tout petit peu plus d’entretien (mauvaises herbes, jardin des propriétaires qui n’est pas entretenu, etc,) mais c’est le seul point un peu plus négatif! Tout le reste a largement dépassé nos attentes! Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir! Merci!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce très joli mas récemment rénové. Notre hôtesse fait tout pour qu'on se sente comme chez soi. Petit panier cadeaux à notre arrivée avec de bons produits de la région, une maison vraiment toute équipée (jeux pour la piscine, produits d'entretien, cuisine, livres ....) il ne manque rien !!! La climatisation à été des plus qu'appreciée par ces grandes chaleurs ainsi que la piscine sécurisée. Robert qui nous accueille sur place est d'une grande gentillesse et disponibilité. Un grand merci à lui. Le mas est situé au milieu des vignes au calme absolu. On peut profiter des extérieurs en toute tranquillité, du charme de la campagne. Du mas on peut découvrir cette jolie région de Provence (château de Grignan, Orange, Montelimar, le joli village de Seguret...ainsi que les cave de dégustation, les olives de Nyons et les bons marchés provençaux). Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Best location ever!

The ancient mas has been beautifully renovated. What could possibly be better than sipping a cold pasties while bobbing in the beautiful salt water pool over looking a gorgeous vineyard! Elisabeth has done a wonderful job including thinking about what a visitor would like; multiple bicycles to enjoy, flotation toys for the pool, a complete kitchen even down to a juicer for enjoying fresh squeezed orange juice every morning! Her staff comprised of Robert and Odila comprised a light-hearted and fun stay for us. Waking every morning to the beautifully fragrant Linden tree, the fruit bearing fig trees and fresh rosemary in the garden was appreciated! Evenings stretch out until 10-10:30 watching the sun go down with a glass of Cote-Du-Rhône wines from the local Visan and Valreas vintners were great; if you can, locate the Carrainne Cote Du Rohone L’Adret du Pont~Rouge. A better tasting wine in the 8-9 euro range can’t possibly exist; what a treat.we used the house as a base of operations to visit farmers markets that occur in one town or the other every day of the week in surrounding Villages. The A Delice aix Provence restaurant is superb, the Hotel Brasserie on the Main Street was very good and the waitress was as sweet as could be. We have visited Provence 10 times over 25 years and this stay, at this village, with these people as hosts made it the best trip ever!
