"I had an excellent stay at the Pan Pacific. Amer at the front desk was so helpful. He arranged a lovely room for me and helped me check in early after a long flight which I super appreciated. I had a delicious meal at 5 Sails where Will waited on me with courtesy and professionalism. The meal was excellent, part of the Dine Out Vancouver extravaganza. My tuna appetizer was beautiful, the filet mignon was perfectly cooked and the chocolate gateau was a perfect ending. When they found out I could not drink red wine, the sommelier was fantastic and made some excellent pairings for me. Overall a wonderful, relaxing and entirely satisfactory stay! "
