      Large enclosed garden of 1500 m², private parking 2 cars inside the property. Quiet area less than 300 m from the sea. Very beautiful little beach.
      Some shops on foot; supermarket 5 minutes by car.
      Cabourg 3km (race course, golf, shopping, restaurants, small town very lively and very pleasant in season).

      Schönes Haus für eine Famile
      Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr genossen. Die Bausubstanz ist alt (Holzdecken, etc.) aber für uns ansprechend (Geschmackssache) renoviert. Verbesserungsbedarf gibt es immer, bei diesem Haus, z.B. bei der Einrichtung der Küche oder des Wintergartens.

      Schönes Haus in guter Lage mit Macken
      Bei der Anreise wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Mit großem Wohn-/esszimmer, Wintergarten und Garten entspricht das Haus dem Eindruck den die Fotos vermitteln. Nur ein Punkt war nicht zu erkennen: Die relativ steile Treppe in den ersten Stock hat nur im unteren Bereich ein Geländer. Möbel und insbesondere auch die Betten sind in gutem bis sehr gutem Zustand. Praktisch ist, dass sich die zusätzliche Dusche im Erdgeschoss hinter dem Eingang befindet. So kann man nach der Rückkehr vom schönen, nahe gelegenen Strand gleich duschen. Sowohl das Haus, als auch der Garten sind grosszügig. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig. Wir hatten allerdings überlesen, dass es nur Bettwäsche aber keine Handtücher gibt. Bezüglich Infrastruktur gibt es direkt im Ort nur kleine Geschäfte bzw. Stände für das Nötigste. Dazu muss man ins nahegelegene Cabourg. Die Lage des Hauses ist sowohl für einen Badeurlaub, als auch für die Erkundung der Normandie ideal.

      Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem wunderbaren Haus
      Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub im tollen Haus von Hervé. Angefangen damit, daß wir spontan einen Tag später anreisen konnten, um uns die Fahrt aufzuteilen. Alles war sauber, die Küche gut sortiert und alles liebevoll eingerichtet. Im Kühlschrank stand schon eine Flasche Cidre kalt. Der riesige Garten in dem sich immer ein schattiges Plätzchen findet, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Wintergarten ist sehr schön, allerdings wirklich für den Winter geeignet. Dafür bleibt das Haus auch bei hohen Temperaturen recht kühl. Wir hatten den perfekten Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus. Zum Abschluss hat Hervé meinen Söhnen ein Gesellschaftsspiel geschenkt, welches ihnen unheimlich gut gefallen hat. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür und die den freundlichen Kontakt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort wohnen.

      Tolles Haus, top eingerichtet, toller Garten und - nicht ganz nebensächlich - in allen Betten auch tolle Matratzen, somit kein Urlaub mit Rückenschmerzen!

      Het familiehuis staat op een mooie locatie vlak bij zee en met een mooie tuin. Het huis was ruim, alleen was het zoeken naar een goed zittende stoel en het aantal pannen met een deksel was onder de maat. We hebben een fijne vakantie in het huis gehad

      très bon emplacement, la véranda est très appréciable, l'équipement cuisine est limite et l'ensemble mériterait un sérieux rafraichissement. Eviter le kit de bienvenue très rustique ! à l'exception de la bouteille de cidre.
