"Breakfast starts at 8:30, and unfortunately there is nothing available for guests leaving earlier. You can’t even get a coffee before 8:30 in the hotel. The lady at reception informed me that the bars outside hotel was open, but it was closed as well. For guests with departures before 10:00 AM, this is really not practical. "Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were very kind and helpful. Be aware of the road if you’re traveling from Lugano - the hotel is located up on the mountain and roads were pretty tight and steep curved turns for about 20-25 minutes."
