"The location was fantastic. Very short walk to Piazza San Marco, Ponte Di Rialto, water bus stop, and less than 1 min walk to a very nice supermercato Despar. The staff was very friendly. Walked us to our room because it was away from the main office and was available by text if we needed anything (which we didn’t). The place we stayed in was very spacious. Separate large room with a queen bed and a small balcony which may not have had a view but was nice for some fresh air. The main room/living room had what appeared to be a fold out queen bed which our teenage boys had no complaints about. "

"Room was clean. Bathroom, the most important thing, was clean. They don’t offer other than hand soap but that was ok. I am sad I forgot to ask his name but the gentleman at the reception was absolutely amazing! So nice and kind and helped us with everything we needed and ask. The bakery attached to the hotel offers delicious pastries, sandwiches and hot beverages. Walking distance to Piazza San Marco and main roads for shopping, restaurants and cafes. I would def stay there again. "
