Perfect location to explore all of Venice, we never had to take a ferry and were able to walk everywhere due to being well-positioned between the two bridges. Great, clean room with some nice touches and really friendly, welcoming staff. Highly recommend!

A perfect gem! Highly recommended

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Ai Cherubini. This property is not a hotel nor an AirBNB...it is something in between--a residenzia. There is someone on the front desk during the day, the room was cleaned daily and we had a front door key. Our room and bathroom were both very nice and spacious. The staff was wonderful--positive and helpful at every encounter. The location was outstanding...very close to the "bus"(boat) stop plus, easy to walk to all key attractions. Good restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is both beautiful and centrally located! They offered to stay open late since our flight was delayed which was very kind. The room was very clean and the staff was lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff were great, helpful, easy to work with; the location for us was fabulous--about 3 minutes to main areas, yet quiet, comfortable in the room; not a room with a view type place, but a very nicely anointed room, very comfortable, and close and easy to get to major areas easily on foot (and by water taxi to/from airport or other areas)

Nice clean room with all amenities needed. Great location for getting around the area as only minutes away from water ferries. Good for walking to St Marks Square and other places of interest. Great shopping area close by and huge choice of places to eat. Would return again without hesitation.

I really enjoyed the room I received and the spacious bathroom. This is renovated building but bare in mind this is Venice, the floors are not even and there is no lift. The location is great, the boat stop when you come from the airport is just 2 min walk, also Piazza San Marco is only 10min walk.

Had a great 3 days. The hotel is well located - easy access to all attractions and great coffee shops and restaurants - clean and decorated in Venetian style. Staff were helpful and friendly. It is not disable friendly - no lift - steep stairs - banisters a bit wobberly. This did not spoil our enjoyment. Thank you! X

The hotel is quite old and in need or repair. Perhaps this is common in Venice hotels but I was not aware as this was my first time. The staff were excellent, courteous, helpful and the location was walkable to many sights. There was no elevator and my room was on the fourth floor. If you have mobility issues please select another hotel. The hotel was kind enough to send me a message the day before with instructions for which water ferry stop to take and how to reach the hotel from the ferry.
