Mind absolutely blown by this room!! It was like walking into Downton Abby or a James Bond movie. In other words it was so gorgeous I couldn’t believe we were sleeping in it! We opened our balcony doors and there was St. Mark’s square. We could hear the caffe orchestras from our balcony. The staff was very friendly and helped arrange a glass blowing tour, water taxi included, in Murano. This is a must stay place for us whenever we go to Venice now!

The location was great. It was 10 metres to St Marks Square. The rooms were amall but quant. Although not an issue it would have been right to advise on the website thatbyiu need to go to another hotel for breakfast. Finally despite the hotel website, expedia and an email ftom the hotel via Expedia stating that checkin was at 2pm, the lady at checkin twas adamant that all of these are incorrect and checkin is 3pm accordingly to her only. She did not even tryvto empathise or offer an apology. My rating would have been higher if not for her abrupt and unfriendly manner.

Beautiful Quaint Hotel.

We loved your hotel. It was a little difficult to get to as the square was flooded when we arrived. It is a beautiful hotel, and we were very comfortable there. The breakfast provided was very nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location for Venice.

Victoria checked us in and she was very friendly and thorough. She also helped us with directions to various places. Alice helped us make our queen bed more comfortable by providing us with a mattress topper - Grazie Mille Alice. The room itself is small but decorated beautifully and ver clean. The bathroom was very nice and very clean. The neighborhood is loud and noisy but things do quiet down after 11:00 (23:00). The hotel is steps away from Saint Marls Square which is perfect.

For the price, I was a little bit disappointed. Great location being right in the square, but the bed was basically unsleepable and the pillows were terrible! It sounds silly, but we expected the noise because we were right in the square but the beds need to be updated and with more than 2 pillows if they are going to be as thin as paper. We also weren’t told about breakfast or the mini bar/fridge in our room, but I guess that’s our fault for not reading the details when booking. I have to say though, the decor is very Venetian and cute! Loved that aspect and the view from our balcony!!

This place is absolutely beautiful -it‘s like staying in a place! It is right off of the square, so extremely convenient. Breakfast is at a sister hotel, about a 3-minute walk. It‘s a little confusing to find because of all the odd streets & not being familiar, but Apple Maps works well. Overall great - I would happily stay there again.
