Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti con Molta cordialità e professionalità. Il personale ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni sulla struttura e sulle maggiori attrazioni di Venezia. A place to be avoided

This is not a trust worthy hotel. They cancelled on us last second saying I didn't pick up their call on the day I was travelling. Once we got there all rooms were fully booked and there was no rooms available leaving me and my two infant kids stranded.

Nice hotel, very close to Rialto, good location.

Very good hotel. Breakfast was good and had plenty of food and coffee. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good location, Clean. Weak Wifi and Water too hot

Good location near Rialto bridge. There are restaurants and Coop Supermarket nearby. We got a (small canal) view room which was nice. Rooms and bathroom were in good size and daily cleaning was available. The downside were: Wifi signal was very weak sometimes, water temperature in the shower was too hot. When we reduced the temp the pressure became so much weaker. Also, we got extra charge of Eur 30 because of late check in (we checked in at almost 9pm)

It's a ripped off!

It's a total nightmare for a family of 5. Booked this bed and breakfast 5 months ago with the hope of a stress free stay in Venice. When we check in we we're given a room with 1 double bed only, when asks where's the other double bed? the lady told us that her manager instructions to have an extra single bed for 3 kids and we have to pay extra for that. We showed them our black and white print out and manager is denying in which there's already an evidence. Not pleasant at all. We believe they're over booking.

B&B in prachtig oud pand.

Centraal echter rustig gelegen, voorzijde aan gracht, waar zich ook de ingang bevindt en achterzijde aan groot plein. Stijlvol ingerichte koele grote kamers. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt, aanvangstijd 8.30 uur aan de late kant voor ons. Vriendelijk personeel. Op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Fantastisch verblijf in Venetië.
