Excellent 1 bedroom apartment directly on a canal and a stone's throw from St. Marks and many restaurants. We loved having our own space to stretch out and get away from the insanity. Windows open directly onto the canal with passing gondolas. Very charming. Has central heating (nice!) and pretty much everything you need to have a sense of your own space in crazy overtouristed Venice!

The location is ideal, but the unit is very basic and in somewhat shabby condition -- the walls have stains, the shower curtain was falling apart, and there were cigarette burns in the duvet. The kitchen is equipped with only very basic items (no spatula, etc.). The wifi does not work -- the signal is weak and you could only sometimes connect to it. The host was communicative and check-in was easy and smooth.

Cute little hotel room. Had an old oak smell, but didn’t stink. Had lower water pressure. Good area to stay. No elevator so had to take luggage up to 3 stairs.

COMPLETE SCAM! STAY AWAY!. Booked for two nights and paid in full. Travel delay caused us to miss first night. Showed up our morning of our second night and hotel gave our room away. Not only that, they kept our full payment for BOTH nights. Scrambled and found a new hotel nearby but had to fork out more money. Do not book or you may show up with no room, and no money!

This property is in the middle of the tourist area, location is the key, walking distance to all major attractions and just outside the window you can see the gondolas and hop on one with in 100 ft from the door. Arriving there is within walking distance from the boat station near San Zacharia B (notice the B). The property is clean and all apliances work it has AC and temperature ia very comfortable, there is a little bit of noise in the mornings but if you shut the wood external windows its minimized. If you dont get the deatails right away is becuase you need to fill a form and submit copies of your passport for all people staying but this is common practice. Be aware you need to pay on site the taxes with are steep. Arrangement after that is super easy and the host is easy to deal with and very kind.

Property was in an excellent location - especially for Rialto Bridge and St Marks. The room itself was very basic and looks more so than the pictures. I had booked it as a surprise trip for a birthday and it definitely didn’t have a wow factor or visual appeal. The lamp next to the bedside table didn’t work and the bathroom light was very hit and miss whether it worked. Bathroom was tiny but enough clean towels provided. No issues with cleanliness. You rely on other guests to properly close the front door to the property, on several occasions on our trip we returned to find it left open. Once inside you can access any of the rooms upstairs which didn’t make it feel the most secure. Didn’t see any staff there during the stay. Luggage was left in an unlocked and unattended room upon check in/check out. Overall the price was worth it for the location but it’s somewhere to stay if you don’t really want to spend time in your room. The tax payable at the property was 3x what Expedia told me it would be so be wary.

まず、チェックインに人が滞在してないので国際電話で到着後に問い合わせる必要がありますが、わたしたちはイタリア語が話せず、国際電話も出来ないため、大変困りました。 イタリア語ができない場合は宿泊は厳しいでしょう。 また、部屋までに急な階段があるため、スーツケースの上げ下げに苦労しました。 また、スタッフの方の対応は最悪で、チェアウト時間ではないにも関わらず、一度外出をしてお手洗いをしに戻ると、1分で出てこいと言われました。

Le logement était parfaitement situé proche de la place San Marco. Toutefois, la chambre est assez petite, le lit n’était pas très confortable, la salle de bain est minuscule et il y avait des fourmis par terre. La climatisation compense pour le tout.

Buona la posizione, servizio totalmente assente, la reception doveva essere aperta dalle 10 alle 19 ma non si è visto mai nessuno. C'era scritto che la camera era dotata di TV e minibar ma non c'era niente di tutto ciò, ho bisogno di medicine che devono stare in frigo quindi è importantissima per me questa cosa quando viaggio (il proprietario ha detto che è stato un errore del sito ma comunque il disservizio c'è stato e ho pagato per delle cose che non c'erano). Siamo rimasti diversi giorni e la camera non è stata mai pulita. Almeno era a 5 minuti da piazza San Marco
