"The hotel is right beside the Parliament Building. Close to Marina and 5 mins walk to Embassy Empress. The room is clean and maintained. Breakfast is nice. The only thing I don’t like is the parking, you will be charge $25 per day."

"The Royal Scot is a charming motel in a charming part of Victoria. The location in James Bay is leafy and quiet, just one block from the waterfront. We loved hearing and seeing the horse-drawn carriages coming up the street. We also appreciated having a sweet private balcony accessed by a door from our room, and enjoyed a great breakfast at the adjacent diner. Very nice all in all."
