"We loved the area. IT was quiet. The breakfast was wonderful. We asked about an Uber to the airport but were told they did not use them. They recommended their Taxi service which we booked for 4:30 am. When we came down early as asked it the taxi could come earlier they said no (did not even try) and that we would be charged a fee (the entire cost it turns out). We ended up getting an Uber in 5 min at a lower rate. "

"The hotel generally meets the expectation from a 5-star hotel. It is worth pointing out the courtesy of the staff, the high standars of cleanliness and the very convenient location. The breakfast was satisfactory and enjoyable. The thing that needs attention for improvement is some pieces of furniture in the room such as seats that squeak when used. "

"I cannot praise this hotel enough. The location is AMAZING and several key sights are on the doorstep. The rooms are perfect and the bathrooms lovely. One thing I would say is that the room was quite hot but later the staff explained the cooling control system that isn’t quite intuitive (ie snowflake does not mean cold, triangle does!) the room became very comfortable. It would be useful to have this noted down in the room somewhere. However, the best thing about the hotel is the amazing staff....

"Super location for visit to Vienna. Our room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was very good in a nice breakfast room. Staff was welcoming, helpful and very efficient."
