"Les Valadiers" accept a maximum of 16 people (and 14 people maximum between November 1st and March 31st), day and night, to keep the high level of comfort and quality. And usually for a minimum of 7 days due to the high costs of preparation for each new rental. Exceptions might be conditionally approved on request.
Two typical 18th century Provençal houses (80cm thick walls), completely renovated in 2018 with very high standards, welcome you to a 45 hectare estate at a 450m altitude, facing south, and with an absolutely unique view of the Grand Luberon:
1) 16 beds in 7 quality bedrooms with (a) 6 nice doubles and (b) 1 nice for 1 double bed or 2x2 bunk beds for 3 to 4 people. Meaning 7 double bedrooms or 6 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom for up to 4 people. 7 showers (of which 2 en suite, 1 with bath & sink, 2 in room with sink, 1 in pool-house with sink & 1 shower only) and 4 WCs
2) 1 beautiful lounge with great open fire, TV, billiard / US pool table room, 1 large dining room with great open fire, 1 large fully equipped kitchen.
3) A 100m² pool house with a breathtaking view, 1 large living room (and no neighbours...), 1 table for 18 people, 1 professional Weber BBQ, 1 summer kitchen with 3 fridges / dishwasher / sink, 1 changing room with WC , sink & shower. Many armchairs and deck chairs, towels included. And one new (2022) comfortable lounge, close to the pool & facing the view "under the stars", for unforgetable chats and apero with friends & family.
4) 1 new synthetic grass tennis court (with night lighting) to use with flat tennis shoes ONLY, a 13mx6m heated swimming pool (from May 1st to October 31st) of 13mx6m, 1 SPA (duo jacuzzi, infrared sauna 5p - from December 1st to February 15th), 1 American billiard table, 1 football table, 1 pétanque court, ...
5) Unique & complete services possible (details and reservation with the rental request) of butler services like food purchases, professional cook of excellent quality and very friendly for all meals with possibility of full hotel service (table service and cleaning) at sincerely unbeatable prices,...
All other “basic” services are included such as towels and sheets changed weekly, swimming pool cleaned daily, high-speed WiFi via fiber (including in the pool-house), safe, alarm, VOD (films to be paid in addition), washing machine and dryer, ...
6) Completely sheltered from view, very quiet and perfect for reasonable family & friends fun (no neighbors bothered by noise or music) or star gazing (total potential darkness), relaxing, having fun, working,... A heavenly freedom.
7) And at the same time, 5 minutes from a fully equipped village (including a Super U store and a petrol station), close to all the activities of the Luberon and Mont-Ventoux, 70 minutes from the train station Avignon TGV and 75 minutes from Marseille airport.
8) Ideal in all seasons, thanks to internal and external facilities, good heating / fire / SPA for winter retreats ...
9) Due to the increase of electricity costs in Europe, the daily costs are very precisely measured (we have a connected meter) by the EDF (local supplier) application and the daily costs (with no surcharge) will be added to the bill and to be paid in cash at the end of the stay. This will allow the customers to freely connect their electric cars, use the air-conditioning, pool-house IR heating, play tennis during the night, sauna in the cold season,...as much as they'll want! During the winter, if customers want to use some wood for the open fires in the house, the first cubic meter will be offered, the next ones will be charged at the regular 100€ each.
This property has been privately rented to many groups (families and management teams) and is online here since a few years. Its exclusivity and my family's love for this place, requires a serious request (I will kindly ask to have your references via LinkedIn or others) by people respecting the beautiful properties.
