"The hotel was perfectly suited for the Old Quarter and easy walking distance to key sights. Nice and clean. Excellent bathroom facilities. Staff were superb and always on hand to help. We were welcomed with a cold drink while check-in happened we were given a map and guidance on what was nearby. Thank you to Anna, Angela, Messi and others for all their help. Special mention also to Paul who worked in the breakfast. I can definitely recommend the hotel"

"Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel is exceptional value for money. Right in the heart of the old quarter downtown Hanoi. The Hotel is in close proximity to Hoan Kiem Lake and the famous Beer Street. The Staff here were amazing, they kept in contact with us from the onset of our booking, to our arrival in Hanoi. We were met at the Airport by a Taxi and taken directly to the Royal Premium. Special thanks to Anna and Đa on the front desk. Both spoke English and went out of their way to make our stay here enjoyable, giving advice on the restaurants we should visit,and attractions to see. The Royal Premium also has their own in-house Tourist booking office. We took advantage of the 5 Star 2 day Ha Long Bay cruise. Amazing with a private Limo transfer. So sad to be leaving Hanoi and will definitely miss the hospitality of the Royal Premium . "

"The hotel is in the middle of Old section of the city. There are lots of shops nearby and night market is very close so you can reach there by walking. Room was clean and staffs in the hotel were all very informative, nice and english-fluent. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay!"

"Excellent, attentive, friendly staff. From check-in on everyone knew our name. Nice room, small balcony but a decent street view. Very comfortable king bed. Great breakfast included, buffet and/or cooked to order. Preferred breakfast to dinner, but we usually headed out for the latter. 1 block from the lake. Very good restaurants and shopping all around. Fun romantic rooftop bar. We booked a tour or two, transportation from the airport upon arrival, travel on to Ninh Binh, etc through the hotel and it was a great deal. "

The staff went above and beyond during our stay- starting from a late flight check in, to ensuring our rooms were right next to each other, booking amazing day trips to Ninh Binh & Halong Bay, to booking a shuttle to the airport and ensuring we had coffee for our departure. We were already blown away at how attentive the staff was but after our departure to our next city it was the cherry on top. My mother forgot an item in her room. We contacted the Hotel and not only were they able to find the item in a few hours, but they also shipped it to our next hotel! My mother was elated and we are so thankful for the patience and kindness that the staff has for each guest. "
