"We arrive before 12 and they let us check right in ( check-in at 3:00) right before the rain started. The staff was super nice. Less than 10 minute walk from train station. The view from the room was amazing. The AC was wonderful and the room was nice and clean. You can throw the windows open and watch people at one of the historic churches. The only negatives are minor-There was some noise from outside due to the old town location and there is limited clothing storage."

"The entire stay was perfect, from start to finish. This hotel is to the image of Florence: beautiful and steeped in history. All staff were professional, competent and very pleasant. Our room was comfortable and the all-linen sheets? Dreamy. The breakfast was delicious and suited all tastes. We could not have asked for a better location to explore all that Florence has to offer."

"The hotel is in a great spot if you want to be in the city center. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful, and overall it was a great space. I wish they had conditioner but I noticed that some of the hotels in Europe just don’t have conditioner. Some do and some don’t so if they did that would have been a bonus. I will say our bathroom was weird and I forgot to take a pic of it. It was different than what you see in the pictures for the comfort room that we picked. It was a small closet sized room that had the shower in the corner with a drain so even with towels surrounding the shower the floor would get wet and it was easy to slip. Other than that the room was perfect for what we needed it to be for our trip."
