"Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The view was absolutely stunning, and I was genuinely surprised by the size of the room. It is rare to find such spacious and comfortable accommodations, and it made the trip that much more relaxing. The staff was truly the highlight of the experience. They are hands down some of the best I have ever encountered. Whether I needed help with directions around the city or advice on finding the best local restaurant in town, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I am already looking forward to my next trip to Florence, and I won't be looking anywhere else. I will only be staying here!"

"Superb stay at gorgeous historic hotel in Florence! Interior decor is fabulous, bed extremely comfortable, interesting modern art throughout the hotel. Staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful with suggestions of things to do and where to eat. Also incredible location steps away from Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. I would 100% stay here again! "

"Our stay was overall very good! The room felt a little warm at times, but we really appreciated that they provided a fan, which helped a lot. The only areas for improvement would be housekeeping. We noticed a few wall stains near the desk area in the room, and the towels weren’t replaced when the room was serviced. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, the experience would be even better. That said, the hotel is in a fantastic location, and the staff was amazing, so welcoming and kind throughout our stay. Despite the minor room issues, we truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely consider staying here again."
